    Assistant Finance Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure daily availability of imprest/Cash for running the plant
    • Ensure daily Suppliers code creation
    • Daily Issuance of debit/credit note to Vendor
    • Daily Approver of GRN costing – Local
    • Daily price and quantity verification of item supplied, and receipts of services
    • Ensure Manufacturing cost are captured in correctly in Orion daily
    • Snap checks of inventories & Monitoring of stock movements & Inventory Management
    • Daily Counter Signing of all LTO for Material to issued Out of the Factory
    • Daily Maintaining and updating excel file for suppliers/transporters bills sent to HO for payments
    • Daily Vendor account reconciliation, get statement from Vendor & get balance confirmation from Vendor
    • Problem identification, analysis, and resolution related to vendors and accounts payable systems
    • Daily update of Spare part on Orion
    • Weekly Preparation of Margin report
    • Monthly Follow up on payment of suppliers/transporters bill/Checking computation
    • Monthly Stock physical verification, ensure physical stock matching with Orion stock, Provision booking for old stock
    • Liaise with internal auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company operations.
    • MIS - Sales, Production & Inventory -  RM, PM, WIP & FG, Stock Aging, Vendor Aging
    • Weekly Plant Imput & Output Analysis

    Requirement:

    • Chartered  Accountant/MBA Finance
    • Minimum of 5 years work experience
    • Previous work experience in a manufacturing company

    Regional Sales Manager

    We are currently assisting a client, a leading manufacturer of Beverage in Nigeria, in sourcing for Regional Sales Manager Lagos/West

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts for the assigned territory.
    • Drive the flawless execution of the sales plan for the territory as agreed with the ROM.
    • Oversee the execution and tracking of marketing activities in the territory.
    • Develop strong relationships and close collaboration with all dealers in the territory.
    • Monitor dealers’ turnover and stocks on a weekly basis and ensure that our SKUs are available and that the dealers reach their monthly targets.
    • Develop and execute action plans in case the dealer falls behind on his/her monthly target.
    • Identify and recruit new customers, both, in wholesale and retail.
    • Remit all cash collected on behalf of the dealer to the dealer without fail.
    • Raise orders and invoices; closely monitor cash collections, in collaboration with the Finance team.
    • Stay close to the Logistics/Warehouse team to ensure that goods are delivered within 24 hours.
    • Ensure proper management and control of company assets (like sales vehicles assigned to dealers, chillers, POS materials, etc).
    • Track the disciplined execution of the ASMs’ work plan and of the SRs’ daily/weekly call plan (actual calls versus calls scheduled; productive calls versus actual calls made; outlets covered versus target).
    • Monitor that SRs perform daily reconciliation of dealer stocks sold through redistribution.      
    • Coach and develop the Commercial team through appropriate coaching routines and training plans.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

    • Education: Minimum University Graduate (Second Division).
    • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in Sales; preferably in the beverage industry or similar Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

    KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES

    • Building a sales plan for the territory (customer/outlet mapping, call/route plan, volume planning).
    • Proficiency in executing “Steps of the Call” and in building strong relationships with customers.
    • Information tracking, analysis and preparing for presentation.
    • Planning and organizing.
    • Exerting personal influence for initiating action steps and execution of a plan.
    • Decision-making and demonstrating self-confidence.
    • Strong customer focus and negotiating skills.
