We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our tech outsourcing services.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and proactive individual with a deep understanding of technology solutions and a track record of successful sales in the tech industry.
Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients, build a strong sales pipeline, and develop and maintain client relationships.
Understand and effectively communicate our tech outsourcing services, including software development, IT support, and other relevant solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
Conduct in-depth needs analysis and propose tailored outsourcing solutions to meet clients' business objectives.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to key decision makers.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing or a related field.
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the technology outsourcing industry.
Strong knowledge of technology solutions, software development, IT services, and outsourcing trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
Ability to travel and meet with clients as necessary.
