    Managing Director, Asset Management

    Job Responsibilities

    • Establish company strategic goals and objectives
    • Develop products to meet clients’ needs and win market share
    • Develop a business growth/expansion plans and strategies
    • Develop a workable business model and align company strategic goals with the Group goals
    • Advise the board of directors on strategic issues Present reports on the company’s business and performance to the board.
    • Build and strong corporate brand, business and regulatory relationships.
    • Effectively liaise with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders, including professional bodies.
    • Ensure compliance with Company/Group policies, market and professional rules and guidelines.
    • Drives the budget of the Company, oversees business origination and sales;
    • Any other task assigned at the Group level.

    Key Requirements

    • First Degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Banking, Finance or any other related discipline.
    • Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (CFA, ICAN, ACCA, CISI…) is an added advantage
    • 8 - 15 years of experience in the Financial Service industry. Minimum of 5-7 years in senior management position
    • Deep experience and business acumen in the asset management industry.

    Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop a strategic direction for the business, along with supporting tactics, and monitor the progress of the company in meeting its strategic goals.
    • Oversee the formulation of the annual budget.
    • Develop robust business cases to assess funding needs and expansion initiatives.
    • Develop a system of analytics and performance metrics that support the company’s understanding of its strategic direction.
    • Manage the accounting, treasury, IT and tax departments.
    • Participate in the functions and decisions of the executive management team.
    • Implement operational best practices throughout all areas of responsibility.
    • Oversee the compilation of financial information into financial statements with accompanying disclosures. Ensure the numbers are accurate.
    • Report financial results to management to appropriated channel.
    • Report on risk issues to the Board of Directors.
    • Ensure that the business complies with regulatory and other legal requirements.
    • Review and act upon the findings and recommendations of internal and external auditors.
    • Monitor projected cash balances.
    • Arrange for financing to meet future cash requirements.
    • Invest excess funds based on projected cash balances.
    • Maintain relationships with banks, lenders, and shareholders.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degrees in Finance, Accounting or any related discipline.
    • Professional qualifications e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CFA is required.
    • A post graduate degree / MBA will be an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in a senior management role is required.
    • Great attention to details and good analytical skills needed.
    • Excellent leadership, and communication and presentation skills are required.
    • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills required.

    Business Development Specialist - Public Sector

    Job Description

    • We are seeking to hire a Business Development Specialist.
    • The appointed individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, with a focus on the public sector market, towards contribution to the revenue of the Business.

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Attract new clients/deals in the public sector, by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
    • Identify and research opportunities that come up in new and existing markets

    Educational Qualifications / Professional Qualifications

    • At least 8 years’ experience as a business development professional in a B2B service environment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience focusing on public sector.
    • Must be well versed in generating leads in the public sector.
    • Must be outgoing and social with proven evidence of high network of individuals
    • Able to open door of opportunities anywhere.
    • Must be flexible in work hours and days.
    • Well-connected in the business and HR space.

    Job Description

    • We are seeking to hire an ideal candidate for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role for our client.

    • Proven track record on working with data management system, BI systems, Data lakes/warehouse and OLAP.
