    • A personal assistant (PA)helps a person with their daily tasks, both personal and professional.
    • They work closely with their employer to help them manage their time and prioritize tasks.

    Responsibilities

    • Scheduling:Manage appointments, meetings, and conferences
    • Travel:Arrange travel, visas, and accommodations
    • Research:Conduct research and present findings
    • Documentation:Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence
    • Events:Organize and attend meetings, and ensure the manager is well prepared
    • Organization:Manage filing systems, office supplies, and courier services
