Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Sec Sponsored Control Officer.
• The individual in this role will be responsible for implementing and monitoring internal controls, conducting routine audits, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Additional duties include preparing reports, issuing recommendations, and collaborating with teams to mitigate risks and maintain financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying issues, and proposing solutions
• Solid knowledge of Finance, including financial regulations and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and reporting
• Experience in Internal Controls and Auditing to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
