    Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    • To promote Winock Solar’s service to prospective customers
    • To identify potential opportunities and provide guidance to the General Manager on business development
    • To generate and close sales

    Key Responsibilities
    The Job responsibilities include without limitation, the following:

    • Constantly generate leads of potential customers
    • Collaborate with technical service providers to develop proposals for potential customers
    • Follow up with prospects to close deals in a timely manner
    • Constantly generate referrals from referral customers
    • Collaborate with the Operations Officer and technical service providers to arrange installation for customers
    • Submit weekly performance report to the General Manager

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • Monthly disbursement target of N25,000,000
    • Portfolio at risk should be less than 5%

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum of Graduate (BSc) Degree in any discipline
    • Minimum of 1-year relevant experience
    • Membership of a Business Analysis, Finance or related professional body is an added advantage

    Loan Portfolio Manager

    Job Summary

    • Experienced SME Loan Marketing Officer at Winock are responsible for the evaluation and processing of loans and act as liaison between customers and the organization while helping qualified applicants acquire huge loans in a timely manner.

    Job Description

    • Market loan products and process loan applications for SME Customers.
    • Interview loan applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of repayment of loans.
    • Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up loan payment plans.
    • Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions.
    • Opening loan applications Conducting loan analysis by visiting the business and household of clients.
    • Visiting the business /employer of guarantors and preparing a complete loan assessment according to the bank’s credit procedures.
    • Presenting loan proposals to the credit units and informing the client about the decision of the credit units.
    • Ensuring punctual repayments of acquired loans from clients, contacting and visiting all parties based on needs
    • Ensuring high quality standards of the bank’s credit portfolio.
    • Ability to meet and exceed targets while actively working to increasing business portfolio and client’s base.

    Key Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc or its equivalent in Marketing or related field.
    • Minimum of 2yearcognate experience from a reputable Microfinance Bank.
    • Sound Risk Management experience and can disburse/deliver a Min of 10million Naira Loan Monthly with good success rate and track records.
    • Good knowledge of Abuja markets.
    • Ability to disburse SME Loans in large volumes without default.
    • Experienced in repayment tracking and loan collection without a day default.

    Recruitment Specialist (Human Resources Officer)

    Job Description
    We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include:

    • Identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation. You should also monitor new and existing employees and act as their advocate.
    • A successful recruiter has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, remains up-to-date with employment legislature, and keeps informed in company hiring and internship programs. A good recruiter can assess candidates' skills, experience, and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
    • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
    • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
    • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or its equivalent.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in this role.
    • The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
    • Certification is an added advantage.
    • Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
    • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Good decision-making skills.
    • Working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
