    Branch Accountant

    Job Description

    • Purchase order verification in respect of cost center, profit center, and GL code,
    • Cost scrutinizing on the purchase order, before release, between quotation and earlier price,
    • Checking of GRNs is as per standard norms,
    • Checking issue of materials, service entries in respect of cost center, profit center, and right GLs and weekly reporting,
    • Timely bill passing and booking so that timely payment can take place
    • Proper control of CAPEX booking in the coordination of respective team members.
    • Providing provision and booking month-wise.
    • Monthly physical stocktaking and reconciliation with book stock and reasoning for deviation so that proper adjustment can be made in time to prevent material loss
    • Statutory compliances as is required.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Economics or Accounting
    • Chartered Accountant
    • Experience of 2 to 4 years in the finance field
    • Experience in SAP environment.

    • Have good knowledge in MS Office - Excel, Word, and PPT, etc.

    Quality Assurance Officer (Port Operation)

    Job Description

    • Hourly checks of online packed products as per quality plan and data recording.
    • Report deviations to the departmental head and takes necessary action.
    • Tests and Certifies quality of oil & online SPM.
    • Finished goods audit of all products being packed the day before as per quality plan.
    • Maintain necessary records, certifies finished goods lot with an appropriate tank, Lot-wise segregation of non-conforming batches
    • Ensure non-conforming products should not go in dispatch.
    • All products online packing, finished goods, and dispatches are to be followed as per the given SOP.
    • Ensure all product bulk tanker dispatches are done as per SOP
    • Maintains necessary records and all documentation
    • Ensure data are used or processed for the purpose set for such data and ensure absolute confidentiality while processing or using personal data. Get the consent of the data subject before collecting, processing, and using data

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Chemistry or related field
    • 2 - 3 years in Edible Oil Industry

    • General Administration
    • Develops operating plans with the Head of Department; Administrative policies and procedures
    • Interface with regulatory and law enforcement bodies
    • General Fleet Management across the group
    • Allocation and re-allocation of vehicles to branches and departments

    • Supervision of fuelling of company’s cars such as Total cards as at when due

    • Logistics coordination for all guest, new staff and staff
    • Coordinate timely waste disposal management for residents, guest houses, company and payment of Electricity bills, land use charge, internet subscription and WIFI etc.

    Qualifications

    • A Degree in any discipline
    • 4 - 7 years experience in a Managerial capacity
