    Senior Manager - Business Advisory

    Functions and Responsibilities

    • Advising clients to reshape and transform business through digital in order to deepen customer relationships and improve overall business performance
    • Engaging client stakeholders and executives to help define their digital vision, strategy, and roadmap, with supporting business cases
    • Analyzing existing platforms, tools, and processes in the client’s digital ecosystem, and recommend innovative, implementable solutions, as appropriate, based on business and customer needs
    • Planning and facilitating client workshops around digital vision, innovation, and design
    • Assessing client operating models, identifying gaps, and making recommendations for future improvement
    • Defining strategy and design for customer experience, working closely with user experience (UX) design team members to devise strategic solutions based on stakeholder interviews, research analysis, persona creation, user needs, journey maps, and business requirements definition
    • Generating new business opportunities and developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and networks; developing relationships with team members across all Verraki Groups to serve client needs
    • Assisting in developing and reviewing functional requirements
    • Delivers work efforts and client-facing project activities.
    • Ensures agreed client requirements are met with quality acceptance from the Business
    • Works with people, processes and technology workstreams to document and deliver client-relevant services in the Services Advisory area.
    • Develop pragmatic plans to enhance organization, products, processes and system, address issues
    • Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
    • Performs other related tasks assigned by Supervisor

    HR Manager

    Functions and Responsibilities

    • Translate organization needs into HR Interventions to improve business performance and effectiveness, to improve the overall employee experience and engagement
    • Drive, develop and execute the overall HR Strategy to address business challenges and needs
    • Ensure leadership continuity and development through succession planning and talent management processes
    • Responsible for workforce/succession planning, performance management and compensation management
    • Provide day-to-day HR support to staff and supervise the maintenance of facility and equipment.
    • Ensuring compliance with organizational policy and procedures

    Professional Requirements


    • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in HR, Humanities, or other relevant disciplines.
    • Master’s degree will be an added advantage
    • Professional Qualifications
    • Other professional certifications e.g., ACIPM, SHRM, etc. would be an added advantage
    • At least 10 years post qualification relevant experience with a thorough understanding of HR functions such as Recruitment, Talent Mgt., and Workforce Management.
    • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a senior management role
    • Demonstrable achievements in landmark projects

    Skills / Competence Requirements

    • Demonstrated capacity to lead and inspire to improve organizational efficiency, competent strategic planning, and business development.
    • Well-developed communication and negotiation skills and the ability to develop stakeholder relationships.
    • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
    • Relevant experience in working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
    • Develops and maintains strong business relationships with vendors, clients, and other employees to drive business results
    • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
    • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
    • Intermediate competency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and other information management software programs.        
    • Talent development and succession management
    • Focus on identification, selection, and retention of best-in-class talent to ensure a dynamic pipeline of talent
