    Process Engineer - Oil and Gas

    Responsibilities

    • Development of preliminary process scheme at feasibility stage for different types of processes;
    • Supervision and development of Process Drawings (PFD, P&ID, MSD);
    • Supervision and development of equipment sizing with associated process data sheet;
    • Development of H&MB using process software such as HYSYS;
    • Supervision of pressure drop calculations, hydraulic calculations, blowdown, safety valves, and instruments;
    • Development of Operating Manuals and Procedures for Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-Up;
    • Participate in and contribute to project reviews with the customer and safety reviews, from conceptual to detailed design;
    • Interfacing with other internal departments and external outsourcing or third-party companies;
    • Assist the Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Start-Up teams.

    Minimum requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical engineering or related field
    • 8 years of experience in oil and gas, offshore / gas processing.
    • Process engineer service such as improvement and implementation of:
    • Utilities Flow Diagram (UFDs)
    • Process Flow Diagram (PFDs)
    • Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (PIDs)
    • Equipment calculation and process datasheet
    • Instrument Data Sheet
    • Hydraulic calculation and Line Sizing
    • Interlock Process Description
    • Cause & Effect Diagrams
    • Process Simulation (Aspen Hysys software)
    • Heat and Material Balance.

    Design Engineer

    Key responsibilities

    • Responsible for creating and developing detailed designs for construction projects, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
    • Gathering and analyzing data to inform design decisions
    • Creating detailed sketches and diagrams to visualize design concepts
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with company goals
    • Responsible for investigating and procuring all necessary data to develop designs.
    • Preparing preliminary sketches and schematic diagrams, as well as employing the best combination of all preliminary information and contributing data to develop final designs.
    • Develop and review project designs and plans.
    • Use design software to create detailed drawings and specifications.
    • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
    • Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
    • Prepare design reports and documentation.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's degree in (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) Engineering.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in design engineering.
    • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
    • Strong creative and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

    Piping Construction Engineer

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for site technology, HSE, quality, and construction management under the leadership of the project construction manager;
    • Participate in the design disclosure and drawing review;
    • Responsible for the preparation of construction management and technical documents;
    • Solve the technology and quality problems;
    • Responsible for preparing the material/manpower/consumable/tools/equipment plan and organizing the site construction activities;
    • Communication with design and procurement and adjust the construction plan accordingly;
    • Supervise and guide the construction team site construction activities;
    • Participate in project planning and scheduling, providing input on piping-related activities and timelines.
    • Responsible for organizing site inspection activities;
    • Coordinate with other disciplines (such as mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers) to ensure seamless integration of piping systems.
    • Apply for design change according to the actual situation on site;
    • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports;
    • Participate/organize daily/weekly/monthly technical/progress meetings with the construction team;
    • Complete other work assigned by the construction manager.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Piping Technology;
    • 6-8 years of experience in oil and gas, including more than 5 years of international project experience may be an added advantage
    • Familiarity with industry codes and standards such as ASME B31.1, B31.3, and API standards
    • Familiarity with construction practices and site supervision to ensure proper installation and quality control of piping systems.
    • Familiar with the manpower/material/consumable/equipment/tools required for piping construction, with good organizational ability, able to efficiently organize the power/material/consumable/equipment/tools resources on site.
