    Warehouse Manager

    Reports To: Operations Manager

    Summary

    • You will be responsible for the maintenance of a Company’s storeroom which includes but is not limited to, stocking of operational materials and supplies, inventory control and records, purchasing, and other related duties as required.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • Reviewing of documents for quality control evaluations
    • Meeting and managing customers, suppliers and distributors
    • Plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labelling, pricing, delivering, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies, and various types of equipment.
    • Develop an effective stocking and inventory management that maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution of materials and equipment to curb stock loss.
    • Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
    • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
    • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
    • Keeps records to maintain inventory control, cost containment and to assure proper stock levels.
    • Consistently answer questions regarding procedures and resolve discrepancies regarding receipts, shipments, quality, repairs and surplus supply
    • Monitor and proactively take action in response to delivery needs and requests for goods.
    • Ensure receiving conforms to quality and quantity of stocks requested
    • Create stock profile and update store operation data into the inventory management software
    • Control material ordering by checking the indent and inform the operations manager regarding the availability of the goods
    • Prepare weekly pending list for the material not received against indent raised
    • Coordinates freight handling, equipment moving and minor repairs.
    • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
    • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
    • Thinking both creatively and logically to resolve inventory problems
    • Ensuring all documents are complete and signed by the highest authority before receiving or releasing stock
    • Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
    • Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

    Sales Executive (Paint, Bathrooms and Light)

    Reports to: Sales Manager

    Summary

    • You will provide all reasonable forms of assistance including but not limited to
    • Product marketing and sales, product promotion and distribution, negotiation of contracts and expansion of customer base, etc for the Sales Manager.
    • You are responsible for executing sales strategies with the main aim of increasing the company’s revenue, maximising profit and increasing the market share on the short run. You should be able to source for new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities
    You will be responsible for:

    • Identifying new markets and business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching, analyzing sales options and arranging meetings with potential customers.
    • Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
    • Maintaining relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
