    Head of Project

    The Workplace Centre Limited - We are a World Class Skills Development and HR / ICT Consulting Services organisation that adds significant value to our clients and society.REPORT: Managing Director

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • To manage the whole project life cycle of from design phase to delivery phase including, Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
    • To manage the project teams on what is feasible and achievable during before and during project execution
    • To analyze and create project risk mitigation plans before and during projects
    • To manage the individual projects life cycle within the defined project governance

    REQUISITE QUALIFICATION:

    • Minimum of first degree in Engineering/ Quantity Surveying from a reputable institution or equivalent
    • Project management and experience with large projects. Project Management certification is a MUST.
    • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and also other design software is an advantage
    • Experience with techno commercial issues to include tendering, contract negotiation and vendor management
    • Minimum of 15 years’ experience with evidence of at least three large projects related to the above in which he played a leadership role

    SKILLS & COMPENTENCIES:

    • Good communication skills both oral or written
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills
    • Demonstrate skill in the use of Microsoft office
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to lead a team to deliver great results

    Facility Manager

    REPORT: Operations Manager

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Plan and coordinate all installations and repair works
    • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
    • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
    • Supervise all technical services staff and external contractors
    • Keep financial and non-financial records
    • Perform analysis and forecasting

    REQUISITE QUALIFICATION:

    • 5 – 10 Years of relevant experience with proven track records
    • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
    • Professional qualifications in PMP, and HSE would be advantageous

    Finance Head and Planning Manager

    REPORT: Managing Director

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Budget Management
    • Strategy and Finance plans implementation
    • Carrying out Feasibility Analysis and Finance projections.
    • Management of relevant Accounts
    • Financial reporting and book keeping.

    REQUISITE QUALIFICATION:

    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience working with a large and structured organisation with at least 3 years in senior management position.
    • Experience in Banking and Finance
    • Experience in Loan Processing
    • Proven ability to demonstrate leadership skills
    • Experience within the Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
    • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a very fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills and sales-oriented personality
    • Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications will be required to complete an assessment to measure key management and organizational knowledge.
