    Customer Service Executive

    The Customer Service Executive will work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to serve existing and potential customers by providing product and service information while resolving product issues effectively.

    What you would be expected to do

    • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner while following laid down procedures, guidelines, policies and “scripts”;
    • Resolving product or service queries in a timely manner by identifying customer needs, clarifying information, analyzing cause and expediting resolution;
    • Conducting product and service quality surveys with customers and recording feedback from time to time;
    • Generating leads for the sales team by screening callers and identifying potential sales opportunities;
    • Supporting the collection of payments by regularly contacting dormant and defaulting customers;
    • Building repeat sales and retention through strong customer relationships by focusing on the customer wants and needs;
    • Working with multiple sales teams and cross-functional teams seamlessly;

    You might be a strong candidate if you

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related courses - Sales, Marketing or Customer Service Management
    • Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English
    • Fluency in at least one local dialect (Yoruba, Igbo or Hausa) is mandatory.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Maximum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
    • Experience working in a call center is an added advantage.
    • Basic Microsoft- Excel skill

    Data Intelligence Analyst

    What you would be expected to do

    • Turn data into insight, using statistical concepts and tools when appropriate, and communicate your findings effectively
    • Provide support to the data science team and internal departments by responding to data requests and ensuring accurate translation of requirements
    • Design a report template to improve effectiveness of analyses & visualisations
    • Monitor portfolio health and regularly report on its performance
    • Contribute to the testing and user acceptance process to ensure solutions are successfully implemented and meet business requirements

    You might be a strong candidate if you

    • Possess a bachelor’s Degree/HND in Statistics, with business related courses, or a similar quantitative field 
    • Have 2-3 years of relevant (hands on) professional experience.
    • Have an intermediate working knowledge of SQL
    • Possess a basic proficiency in Python/R or any scripting language
    • Demonstrate an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • The ability to communicate quantitative analyses to audiences with varying technical backgrounds
    • Basic knowledge in applied statistics concepts to solve real business problems.
    • Have a strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
    • Have experience using data visualisation software such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI an added advantage
    • Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with developers within the team and the diverse mix of external stakeholders

    State Business Manager, Mid West

    The State Business Manager is a senior professional for the massive EasyBuy channel who will oversee sales and distribution operations in a particular region assigned. This is a position which takes full operational responsibility for all market-side functions of the direct sales business.

    What you would be expected to do

    Sales Management

    • Achieve Easy Buy Direct & Retail Sales revenue targets.
    • Ensure Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports are accurate and submitted within agreed timelines.
    • Ensuring that reports are prepared and submitted on time to the Management.
    • Strategic planning.
    • Proper management of default rates to agreeable set limits by overseeing quality customer registration, collection and repossession.

    Team Management

    • Recruitment and Retention of state sales teams through proper training, management and performance review.
    • Proper recruitment of teams following set guidelines and policies by GLP HR.
    • Objectively document review process and set time for subsequent reviews.
    • Maintain optimum headcount as agreed from time to time
    • Ensure that all teams have the required tools and materials for trade execution

    Trade Management

    • Develop and Propose incentives to motivate the channel and Team to ensure high levels of motivation and performance.
    • Develop and Implement action plans for trade with clear corrective measure where required.
    • Ensure that all competitor activities are countered with effective responses to avoid loss of market share.
    • Ensure Visibility in the trade is high and as per agreed picture of success at all outlets.

    Resource Management

    • Management, Development and Supervision of Direct Reports and resources assigned to self.
    • Ensure that all cost and expenses are kept within acceptable levels and within budget.

    You might be a strong candidate if you

    • Have a degree in a Business-related field OR equivalent and at least 6 years hands on experience in Sales.
    • Have excellent Computer knowledge with comprehensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
    • Can motivate a high performing sales team and ensure performance
    • Have high innovative skills, thinking out of the box, cost conscious
    • Are excellently skilled in Planning, Organizing, Prioritizing, maximizing value and see the big picture
    • Are able to develop trust, skillfully build relations, works on internal & external relationships
    • Listen well, coaches’ others and is disciplined in their learning practice
    • Have Operation Excellence (Keeps promise, detail-oriented, seeks to be informed and gives excellent Customer Satisfaction)
