Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic SPV Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial management of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, treasury management, statutory compliance, financial reporting, risk management, and supporting the achievement of the SPV's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations of the SPV, ensuring sound financial management and governance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury, banking relationships, and working capital management.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws, statutory regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Monitor project costs, financial performance, and profitability.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the Board of Directors and senior management.
• Support contract negotiations, financing arrangements, and investment decisions.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CA is mandatory.
• MBA or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is an advantage.
• Minimum 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Previous experience as CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance within an SPV, Oil & Gas, Marine, EPC, Infrastructure, or Project Finance environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, corporate finance, taxation, treasury, financial modelling, and internal controls.
• In-depth understanding of Nigerian tax laws, financial regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Experience in project finance, joint ventures, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Experience managing finances for large-scale infrastructure or oil & gas projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to support strategic business decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multinational stakeholders, investors, and financial institutions.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound business judgment.

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Advisor to join our Nigeria operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and HSE training sessions.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with permit-to-work (PTW) systems and safe work practices.
• Monitor emergency preparedness and participate in emergency response drills.
• Advise management and workforce on HSE matters and promote continuous improvement.
• Maintain HSE documentation and prepare periodic reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• NEBOSH IGC (mandatory); additional HSE certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of offshore HSE experience in the oil & gas or marine industry.
• Good knowledge of international HSE standards and offshore safety regulations.
• Experience with PTW systems, risk assessments, incident investigations, and emergency response.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
