    Content Marketer (SEO)

    The Role

    • The ideal candidate will be a really good writer that has worked as a journalist or editor at a content-heavy online publication OR has direct, growth-focused experience in marketing at B2C startups. Bonus point if you have had your work featured in multiple publications:
      • Developing processes to acquire backlinks at scale.
      • Creating well-researched content templates.
      • Managing contract writers and data entry personnel.
      • Making technical SEO recommendations and monitoring our keyword ranking.
      • Ensuring we rank number 1 for our money keywords by improving site content and backlinks.
      • Growing traffic to all our web properties.
      • Acting as an internal editor for all customer communications

    Ideal Profile

    • 2 - 4 years of direct, growth-focused experience in marketing at B2C startups or online publications.
    • Proven success growing organic traffic to a blog or a content-heavy site
    • Proven success getting featured on popular blogs and publications
    • Proven success scaling link-building campaigns
    • Good copywriter
    • A demonstration of curiosity, love for learning, creativity, execution and speed
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to think from first principles.

    Influencer & Community Manager

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate will be an analytical creative who has built/curated a large active and engaging community on the internet, has a large following on Twitter or Instagram. Bonus point if they have worked with a lot of influencers to drive sales or monetized their large following:
      • Grow the number of users that become referrers, acquire more affiliate partners, and grow the number of influencers and creators in our influencer partnership program, including macro-influencers.
      • Come up with inexpensive initiatives to delight the influencers and get them to post organically about the brand.
      • Run creative campaigns with our partners to drive sales.
      • Develop an analytical framework to evaluate the performance of the different community programs (influencer, affiliates, and referrers).
      • Manage our referral and affiliate network and build better products to get more utilization and extract more value from the referral and affiliate program.
      • Methodically grow our different communities.

    Ideal Profile

    • 3 - 5 years of experience growing communities on the internet.
    • Experience monetizing a community or driving sales through influencer networks.
    • Experience working with 100s of influencers.
    • A firm understanding of analytical frameworks and data attribution.
    • Persuasiveness and ability to engage anyone in an interesting conversation.
    • Sales and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to find non-obvious information in unstructured data sets.
    • Ability to direct video creatives that will perform well on social media.
