    Finance Officer

    Location: Lekki, Lagos

    Job Description

    • In this role, you will be responsible for cash flow management, monitoring income and expenditure, as well as reviewing account reconciliations.
    • You will also maintain financial records, ensure data accuracy, and the entry of all transactions on the accounting software.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Prepare and process transactions in accordance with statutory regulations and company’s policies and procedures.
    • Prepare monthly financial reports to show profit and loss, cash flow, and balance sheet.
    • Work with the Creative Director in the preparation and planning of budgets for the production of ready-to-wear, couture and bespoke bridal garments.
    • Provide budget data and report on budget performance
    • Recommend cost management initiatives and assist with the development of business strategies by preparing financial forecasts.
    • Maintain records and receipts for daily transactions.
    • Ensure financial records are up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
    • Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve discrepancies.
    • Monitor cash transactions and make arrangements for cash to be deposited at the bank on a daily or weekly basis.
    • Conduct a review of sales and revenue and reconcile accounts monthly.
    • Prepare the monthly payroll schedule and employees’ pay stubs to indicate deductions (statutory and penalties), reimbursements, bonuses or any other allowances.
    • Process the remittance of monthly taxes as well as pension deductions and ensure that invoices from HMO providers are processed.

    Administration:

    • Review inventory, purchases and reports submitted by Inventory / Logistics Officer.
    • Manage office supplies and make requisitions when stock level is low.
    • Supervise the store assistant and ensure that the studio is kept clean at all times
    • Investigate and resolve or escalate customer complaints regarding product quality, service, or delivery
    • Perform other tasks as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
    • Relevant professional accounting qualification.
    • ACCA is a plus (minimum of student membership).

    Experience:

    • A minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role.

    Salary
    N80,000 - N120,000 Monthly.

    Operations Manager

    Location: Lekki, Lagos
    Department: Production
    Reports To: Creative Director

    General Overview

    • In this role, you are responsible for leading, directing, and managing the day-to-day operations at Imad Eduso.
    • You will also be expected to provide an oversight of sales, employees, stock, facility, and monitor processes related to customer experience, recruitment, compliance, order fulfillment, compensation & benefits, staff training, and development, all within stipulated standard procedures.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage supply chain and other resources to help minimize costs of production.
    • Develop and manage productivity and continuously improve the production team’s capabilities.
    • Set goals and objectives and establish procedures and policies for various departments in the organization, based on overall company strategy and monitor progress.
    • Study business forecasts, sales reports and financial statements prepared by the Finance Officer and propose ways to maximize results.
    • Manage the production team and ensure all deadlines are met.

    Human Resources:

    • Determine business needs, hire employees, oversee assignment of employees and planning staff development
    • Prepare staff salary schedule
    • Monitor employees’ Key Performance Indicators, conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback on performance as required.
    • Identify training needs and suggest relevant training to upskill employees.
    • Organize and maintain a filing system (online & offline) for important and confidential company documents and ensure documents are easily accessible.
    • Help promote a positive company culture where the work can get done and morale is high.
    • Facilitate efficient communication between employees and departments.
    • Resolve minor disputes or disagreements.
    • Develop and manage productivity and continuously improve the production team’s capabilities.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned.

    Academic Qualifications, Professional Certifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
    • 3 - 5 years experience in an operations position or a related field.
    • Experience in a luxury fashion production environment is a plus.
    • Experience in management and leadership is an added advantage.

    Production Suprvisor

    Location: Lekki, Lagos
    Department: Production
    Reports To: Operations Manager

    Job Description

    • Ensure that all the production targets are met.
    • Develop and implement innovative strategies for seamless operations.
    • Manage and evaluate resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.
    • Direct all the production processes, and motivate staff involved.
    • Prepare production calendar and assign tasks to tailors, pattern maker, embellisher and finisher .
    • Handle quality control and quality checks; Examine the finished product carefully, look for flaws in them and ensure that flaws detected are rectified.
    • Make certain that finished clothings are properly labelled and packaged according to company standard.
    • Inspect all production requirements for bridal and ready to wear.
    • Establish workflow policies that enhances speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.
    • Make sure that factory machinery is in good working order.
    • Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.
    • Ensure that the safety standards are being maintained within the factory and that team members are abiding by workplace safety rules.
    • Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colours and shapes.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administation, Supply Chain Management, Fashion Design or a related field.
    • 2 - 4 years work experience.

    Skills:

    • Intermediate level sewing and pattern making skills is a key requirement
    • Must pay attention to details, and have an eye to spot errors from the start in order to avoid them and put up corrective measures
    • Have a positive attitude to work and be able to motivate a team
    • Must be goal and target driven with people skills
    • Should have outstanding time management skills
    • Be an excellent analytical and problem-solver.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N180,000 Monthly.

    Bridal Experience Advisor

    Location: Lekki, Lagos

    Job Summary

    • In this role, you are responsible for providing outstanding client service to Imad Eduso’s clients.
    • You will serve as the first point of contact to our clients, respond to, and provide relevant information about our services, and ensure a friendly and pleasant experience.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Respond to inquiries across all communication channels.
    • Schedule consultations with clients via preferred communication channels, or in-store.
    • Confirm payments with the Finance Officer, and send consultation summary (sketches, digital illustrations, fabric samples, measurement details, etc) to clients for review and approval.
    • Follow up with clients and ensure design specifications and production requirements are approved.
    • Send invoices to clients once designs have been acknowledged and approved.
    • Provide regular feedback to clients on the status of their outfits.
    • Liaise with clients and schedule fittings.
    • Liaise with the production supervisor on alteration needs and follow up till alterations are made.
    • Interact with clients to schedule pick-up/delivery dates. Manage clients’ feedback and complaints.
    • Maintain a sound knowledge of service offerings and ensure accuracy in information provided.
    • Adopt proactive and intuitive techniques to increase client experience by providing suggestions for services that match our clients’ interests.
    • Send out congratulatory and appreciation emails to clients after their event.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned.

    Academic qualifications, Professional Certifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication or in a related field.
    • 3 - 4 years experience in client experience management, sales, or a marketing role.
    • Experience in the luxury fashion and lifestyle space is an added advantage.

    Competency and Skill Requirements:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to turn consumer insights into brand actions.
    • Must exhibit an entrepreneurial and creative approach in developing new and innovative ideas.
    • Knowledge of online customer relationship management platforms and channels.
    • Proficiency in MS Office package.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
