Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Bar Lady or in a related hospitality role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of premium beverages and mixology
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
• Female candidates preferred
• Residence in Ikoyi, Yaba, Gbagada, or Surulere highly desirable.

• Manage facility budget and expenses
• Ensure adequate provision of supplies and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years facility management experience (retail or commercial sector preferred)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of facility management best practices and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office, facility management software, and budgeting tools
• Residence in Ikoyi, Yaba, Gbagada, or Surulere highly desirable.
