Job Details
Leadership:

• Provide positive and professional leadership to Project implementation on assigned OSL/AKK project Site.
• Contribute to the OSL Site Planning and works execution strategy.
• Provide advice and support to project site civil construction crews, Subcontract team in BEME preparation in conjunction with QS and cost estimator.

Core/Technical:

• Carry out civil engineering functions, ensuring the provision of technical guidance on issues relating to cost and schedule for project execution. 
• Supervise, monitor contractor work and ensures compliance with specifications and standards as per approved for construction drawings & contractual scope of work.
• Ensure the provision of civil engineering interface services to all internal and external works across the project as need arises.
• Engage in planning, execution and problem-solving strategies/drives on assigned project sites.
• Supervision of Contractors works and OSL internal civil works & Services.
• Endorse contractor’s milestone/work completion certificate (MCC/WCC) as in subsisting contract.
• Coordinate and supervise all assigned project site civil engineering activities.
• Prepares Daily, Weekly work progress reports and other technical reports to the Civil lead/P&C as required.
• Ensures the executed site civil works conforms to the project specification and align with/meet Client/owners site PMT/C expectations & satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing the Bill of engineering measurement & evaluation (BEME) for OSL internal works and services for Civil Lead review and approval.
• Develop execution strategies, quality and implementation of site civil challenges and report to civil lead/mgr for alignment.
• Ensure all workers under supervision comply with project QHSE SOPs & guidelines.
• Carry out any other assigned responsibilities by the project civil Lead/CSM/DPM as need arises.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Engr.)
• Professional Certs:  NSE, COREN
• 5-10 years in Civil Engineering Practice with a minimum of 3years in Oil & Gas industry.

Job Details

Core/Technical:

• Overseeing back end activities like Pre-padding, Post padding and backfilling in Alpha spread 
• Monitor and supervise the installation of FOCC and FOC 
• Ensure the testing of FOC and electrical equipment before installation. 
• Planning of daily activities, QA/QC and integrity checks of equipment both at station and ROW 
• Articulates, updates both Oilserv leadership and client on job progress 
• Review Electrical and instrumentation drawings for BVS and IPS, also route maps drawing for installation of FOCC and man holes     Site supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering
• 10 years in Oil and gas, EPC, Pipeline and installation,
• Proficiency in Commissioning and Project execution.

Job Summary

• Inspect and verify pipeline welding processes, procedures, and completed welds according to API 1104, and project-specific requirements. 
• Review Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
• Perform a Welding Test based on the proposed Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).

Job Details

• Conduct necessary inspections and tests, document all variables and results, and then verify compliance with relevant standards.
• Formulate Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) base on documented qualification variables and results.
• Conduct visual inspections of fit-up, root pass, fill passes, and completed welds .
• Verify welder qualifications and maintain documentation of welder performance qualifications.
• Monitor environmental conditions affecting welding operations.
• Perform material verification and tracking.
• Document all inspection activities and maintain detailed records.
• Issue non-conformance reports and oversee corrective actions.
• Conduct field training and mentoring of welders as needed.
• Thorough understanding of welding processes and techniques. 
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards. 
• Conduct various inspections, including: Visual inspections. 
• Non-destructive testing (NDT). material testing, welding inspections, visual inspections, and pressure testing.

Requirements

• Education to HND / Bachelor’s Degree level in an Engineering discipline, equivalent.
• Professional Experience (number of years): 5-10 years’ experience with Project background within Oil & Gas industry.
• Quality Control experience is required. Experience on cross country pipeline a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in all aspects of welding, NDE and applicable codes and standards such as ISO, API, ASTM and ASME.
• Welding and NDE certificate are mandatory along with a recognized Quality Assurance or Quality Management qualification such as formal training in the new ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
• The ability to communicate well at all levels within the Company. In addition, the Candidate must possess very good planning, coordination, presentation, negotiations and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
• Be skilled in using computer programs for word processing, database management, spreadsheets and e-mail communications and MS Project or equivalent a plus.
