    Content Associate

    About You

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in content writing, content strategy and social media management preferably within the financial technology sector.
    • Excellent creative writing and verbal communication skills.
    • Have creative content & copywriting skills to achieve set KPIs and goals.
    • Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to optimize content for search.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Notion, and Content Analytics.

    About the Role

    In this role you will;

    • Help implement Nomba’s content marketing and social media strategy.
    • Create and execute content calendars across multiple channels; including but not limited to social media, blog, email, app and web.
    • Manage the online communities across social media et al to increase engagement, drive brand love and increase the community.
    • Turn content into a lead generation engine and track progress against them.
    • Monitor and analyze content performance with an eye to optimize results.
    • Collaborate with the internal content marketing team and other teams to ensure content is optimized and all stakeholders are informed of progress.
    • Stay up to date on best practices and industry trends.

    Technical Product Manager

    About the Role

    • Manage product lifecycle; gathering and prioritising customer requirements, defining product vision and working closely with necessary stakeholders to deliver winning products.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to establish technical integration patterns and adequately liaise between technical and business stakeholders
    • Manage the process from conceptualisation, design, prototyping, development, testing, business, support, product launch and post deployment analytics.
    • Maintain and manage the product roadmap owning and writing the relevant PRDs for all features.
    • Identify and meticulously track key success metrics for product features.
    • Have a clear plan for product operations: the achievement of growth 
    • Create an avenue to receive input from product stakeholders ensuring their input is a key Influence in product development.
    • Drive product launch alongside marketing team and other product management team members.
    • Gain deep understanding of customer experience in a bid to identify and fill product gaps that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive business growth.
    • Partner with the Legal and Compliance teams to ensure the products developed are compliant with relevant regulations.

    About you

    • A technical background or computer science/software engineering degree or equivalent work experience in a technical product development and management setting.
    • Ideally an engineer who has transitioned to product development
    • Strong Agile SCRUM experience
    • At least 2yrs Experience working in the Financial Technology Industry.
    • Proven track record of working with sales, designers, engineers and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute and track product releases.
    • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
    • A self-starter who works well both collaboratively as an individual contributor.
    • Exceptional communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
    • Empathy, and a genuine desire to solve our customer’s problems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without enforcing authority.

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 2 – 4 years experience in financial advisory, investment banking, financial planning, management consulting, or related disciplines.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft excel, powerpoint (SQL is an advantage).

    • Support the compilation and presentation of key financial and business KPIs to management, the Board, and investors.

    Financial Planning & Analysis

    • Support on preparation for annual budget.
    • Perform periodic variance analysis and forecasting based on partial results.
    • Developing financial projections and building financial models.

    Business Intelligence & Monitoring

    • Assisting project teams and business units with financial and analytical guidance.
    • Analyse financial data, customer metrics and provide forecasting support.
    • Understanding key business drivers.
