Description

• Provide input and support into defining business requirements for key customer value management (CVM) capability development projects, including campaign management & measurement systems, channel capabilities and integration; 
• Drive the implementation of outbound and inbound marketing frameworks. 
• Develop key inputs such as eligibility rules, arbitration prioritization, predictive models, offer value, levers, channel capacity, previous activity performance evaluation, customer investment rules, and strategic priorities;
• Manage the campaigns for outbound and inbound customer contact activity, based on the customer contact plan and requirements from Customer value management Base Marketing teams.
• Ensure the effective management of the customer decisioning logic/rules
• Manage the post-activity reports and in-depth performance evaluation to determine how existing decisioning rules can be enhanced to drive increased business benefits
• Prepare the detailed Monthly BTL Plans to be followed by the Campaign Management team. Report progress, risks and issues to be acted upon
• Implement customer contact policies and plans in line with MTN consumer strategies and measure effects and report results to related departments
• Work closely with project managers to ensure that progress is in line with customer value management roadmap, risks or issues are actioned upon timely, provide subject matter expertise where required

Education:

• First  degree in any relevant discipline 
• Industry certification(s) and/or post-graduate/professional qualification(s) in a related field (an added advantage)

Experience:

Experience: 6 - 13 years’ experience which includes:

• 3-5 years of customer value/lifecycle management experience in general terms with minimum 3 years’ experience in Telecoms (Segments/CVM teams)
• Manager track record of at least 1 year or above
• Good knowledge/experience of developing and managing targeted CVM value propositions for the identified opportunities and risks
• Good knowledge/experience of analyzing the outputs of the activities managed and its development across time to meet the pre-set targets

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ total experience in Digital Marketing or an allied field is required.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably in a data-driven environment.

Mission:

Provide the company with a broad range of legal and advisory services including contract management, monitoring the regulatory landscape, opinion drafting, dispute resolution etc and also support the Company Secretary with Fintech Group requirements and compliance with its approach towards corporate governance.

Description:

• Ensure effective implementation of the functional strategy
• Ensure continuous and effective liaison with external solicitors for regular updates, compliance with procedural rules of court, stipulated time limits for actions, etc. to minimize the cost and adverse effect of litigation.
• Review legal cases, petitions, and internal matters requiring legal input or perspective, consult with all relevant parties, advise on case/petition/legal-related matters, provide recommendations on courses of action, and effectively take appropriate and approved action in accordance with the policies of MoMoPSB.
• Draft legal agreements and review all relevant documentation supporting contracts for authenticity and validity, including commercial agreements and documentation of transactions.
• Build and manage a contract template bank as well as a contract repository.
• Conduct pro-active dispute management, including the prevention of litigation, ensuring legal processes and services are effective and efficient in line with defined and approved designs and rules.
• Settle legal issues between MoMoPSB and third parties, assisting in managing liquidations and disputes.
• Develop and oversee the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
• Carry out legal (administrative) services work, including liaison and correspondence with external bodies and organizations, and structuring and negotiating commercial transactions.
• Provide adequate support to the Company Secretary with minimum supervision. This will include management of Board and Committee meetings, Executive Committee meetings, filing relevant returns, maintaining statutory books and records, following up with actions from these meetings, etc.
• Responsible for arranging assigned Management Committee meetings and such other meetings as may be required from time to time, keeping track of minutes of meetings, and writing reports.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Law 
• Certificate of Call to the Nigerian Bar
• Membership of ICSAN (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria) would be an added advantage 

Experience:

• 6–13 years’ experience in Corporate Commercial practice
• Fintech, Banking or Financial Services experience is mandatory

• Ensure active Management of IPS/IDS, Web Filtering, Application controls, DDOS, Firewall, WAF, VPN, Load balancers and every other Technologies are in line with Security practices.
• Development of scripts for automation of tasks and deployments, using Python, Shell, Ansible or any other network programmability solution.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the areas of IPS, Load balancers, WAF, Anti-DOS, Anti-SPAM, Remote access, NAT, Security Information, Event management, and Next Generation Firewalls with product specific knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint and Fortinet Firewalls.
• Provides technical support for new integration, incident and fault resolution.
•  Experience with Networking and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN, NAT, Access-list, IPSec/SSL VPN, Remote access, IPS and ADC)
• Proactive monitoring and daily health check on network security infrastructure. Ensuring and adhering to security best practices.

• In-depth understanding of NAT, VPNs, Application Security, WAF, DNS, Web Security, DDOS, Anti-spam, Access-list, Netflow, IPS/IDS, Log Analysis and Routing over varied platform such as Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Fortinet and F5.
• A minimum of Four (4) years of experience supporting and monitoring network security systems in telecommunication company, managing IPS, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Syslog/SIEM, Remote Access and other critical network security appliances.
• Familiar with scripting languages and/or automation tools (python, ansible, netmiko etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of Cybersecurity, attack methodology and security incident management.
• Good understanding of Risk Management, Security controls and standards.
