    Engineer - Operations Customer Management.Information Technology

    • Assist in developing maintenance plans per application and carry out the maintenance of applications, re-configuring, building and testing components in accordance with OLAs and SLAs.
    • Ensure code applications are in accordance with good security coding practices to ensure the application is free of most common coding vulnerabilities. 
    • Create and execute technical test plans for operational and bug fixes.
    • Participate in transitions of the application or technical architecture, design and development components into production environment.
    • Ensure the integrity of the solutions delivered into production environment.
    • Perform reconciliations, proactive monitoring and ensure adequate service controls are in place.
    • Ensure best customer experience of services offered on the different platforms within expected Service Levels.

    Coordinator - NES Regional North.Network NG

    • Provide governance for all managed service vendors/Towerco in the region across different technologies supported.
    • Manage activities of CSEs and ensure smooth operations in the region
    • Act as high-level support for resolution and closure of critical service performance issues. 
    • Problem management to eliminate repetitive failures and guarantee QoS 
    • Drive contractual obligations to KPIs (MTTR, Planned Preventive Maintenance, Service Acceptance, Spares Utilization Management)

    • Drive the planning and implementation of national priority portfolio projects within cost, scope, and projected timeline; in alignment with defined strategy, MTNN internal processes and procedures

    Engineer - Change and Service Assurance.Network NG

    • Table all Request for Changes (RFCs) for a Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting, issue an agenda and circulate all requests for changes to Change Advisory Board members in advance of meetings to allow prior consideration.
    • Liaise with all necessary parties to coordinate change building, testing and implementation, in accordance with schedules.
    • Update the change log with all progress that occurs, including any actions to correct problems and/or to take opportunities to improve service quality.
    • Review all implemented changes to ensure that they have met their objectives and refer back any that have been backed out or have failed.

    • Experience in light current, telecommunications or a related field.
    • Experience in GSM switching environment preferably working on Ericsson, Huawei and Siemens switches is desirable

    Engineer - BTS and RHLS Field.Network NG

    • Ensure value is created by optimising business projects/activities 
    • Provide coaching and support to Radio Support and Implementation Engineers (including Regional staff) by providing necessary informal guidance and on-the-job/in-house training.
    • Evaluate, test, approve and coordinate: new radio equipment, configurations, software releases, peripheral equipment, and calibration and repair of Test Equipment

    • Maintain good working relationship between Network operations department and all associated parties within the company and externally.

    • Act as the point of contact to the Chief Sales and Distribution Officer (CSDO), handling and distributing confidential mails, telephone calls, faxes, etc.
