Job Description

• Liaise with clients in all areas of sales including but not limited to product information, information on special discounts, new products, company services etc.
• Provide effective, efficient and prompt service delivery to customers
• Offer advice to customers on products in line with customer needs
• Deal with customers complaints and ensure complete resolution on every complaint
• Process payments and customer receipts.

Requirements

• BSc./HND in any related field.
• At least 2 - 3years working experience in sales.
• Retail experience will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft word, excel

Job Description

• The role’s central goal is to provide our clients with outstanding customer service and support via our online services.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries/ direct messages/ Direct Message correspondence on social media platforms: Instagram, whatsapp, facebook and Linkedin.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Log and process orders from social media for processing on Sales software
• Propose new ways/Strategy to improve customer’s experience and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Perform other duties as assigned 

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role in an ecommerce company.
• Sales/Marketing experience
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Prepferably, Candidates who stays within or close to Lekki.
