    QA / QC Lead

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidate shall be responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the project's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring all activities and deliverables comply with specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Development of the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) aligned with ISO 9001 requirements
    • Ensure that all project specifications and standards incorporate required quality parameters from the outset.
    • Ensure the quality of all materials and equipment acquired, including oversight of vendor inspections and quality documentation.
    • Establish and monitor quality control points for fabrication and manufacturing processes.
    • Define quality control procedures for materials, welding, and construction
    • Conduct ongoing quality audits and inspections throughout the construction and installation activities.
    • Manage non-conformities, implementing corrective actions, and preventive actions to maintain quality standards.
    • Oversee implementation of quality control procedures at site and monitor welding procedures and nondestructive testing (NDT) activities.
    • Manage quality documentation and records generated during these phases.

    Job Requirements

    • 13+ years QA/QC experience in oil/gas with 5+ years in pipeline construction projects
    • CSWIP 3.1/3.2 or AWS-CWI (mandatory)
    • ASNT Level II in minimum 2 NDT methods
    • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
    • COREN registration (preferred)
    • Minimum 3 major pipeline projects
    • Nigerian content compliance experience
    • Pipeline welding inspection (API 1104/ASME IX) & Non-destructive testing (RT/UT/MPI/DPI) supervision
    • Quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015)
    • Material certification verification & Construction quality surveillance
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

    Procurement Lead

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate shall be responsible for the development and implementation of the project procurement strategy and plan, managing all procurement activities, and ensuring timely and costeffective acquisition of all required materials, equipment, and services for the project.

    Responsibilities

    • Development and implementation of the project procurement strategy and plan.
    • Ensure compliance with Company's procurement policies and procedures and all relevant legal and ethical standards from the outset.
    • Initiate vendor pre-qualification processes and manage all procurement activities, including tendering, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and award.
    • Establish procurement schedules aligned with project milestones
    • Ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of all materials, equipment, and services required for the project.
    • Conduct bid evaluations and prepare recommendations for award and negotiate contracts with selected vendors
    • Expediting and logistics management to ensure on-time delivery of long-lead items and critical materials to support the construction schedule.
    • Coordinate material deliveries to match construction schedule and manage procurement variations and change orders
    • Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to align procurement activities with project schedule and technical requirements.

    Job Requirements

    • BSc/BEng in relevant engineering or management discipline
    • 12+ years procurement experience with 5+ years in oil/gas EPC projects
    • Nigerian Local Content implementation
    • Pipeline materials procurement background
    • Expertise in EPC procurement strategy development, Vendor pre-qualification & Nigerian Content compliance
    • Expertise in Contract negotiation, Materials expediting & logistics planning
    • SAP/ERP procurement systems (advantageous)
    • CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement)

    Document Control Lead

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidate shall manage all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance.

    Responsibilities

    • Implement robust document management systems and procedures for the systematic capture, storage, retrieval, and distribution of all project-related documentation from project inception.
    • Define document numbering, revision control, and approval workflows.
    • Develop the Master Document Register (MDR) for tracking deliverables.
    • Manage the deliverable release schedule across all project phases, ensuring efficient document control
    • and information management throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Ensure all project documents are properly categorized, indexed, and archived for easy retrieval.
    • Manage the transmittal of documents between all project stakeholders (Client, EPC Contractor, vendors, subcontractors).
    • Consolidate as-built documentation for regulatory submission, compile test records (hydrotest reports,
    • calibration certificates), and verify punch list completion and update final documentation.
    • Ensure the final archiving of all project documentation, including as-built drawings, operation and
    • maintenance manuals, and final reports, facilitating comprehensive project handover.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's in Engineering, Information Management or related field
    • Minimum 8 years in document control, with 5 years in oil/gas sector
    • Mastery of document management systems (SharePoint, Aconex, Documentum, etc)
    • Strong understanding of engineering document workflows and version control
    • Experience with QA/QC documentation for oil & gas projects
    • Experience on at least 2 major pipeline projects
    • EDMS Administrator Certification (for relevant software)
    • Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) certification (advantageous)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel mandatory)
    • Strong reporting and analytical skills

    Project Control / Contract Lead

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate shall be responsible for establishing, implementing, and continuously monitoring robust project control systems and managing contract compliance aspects for the PMT.

    Responsibilities

    • Establishment, implementation, and continuous monitoring of robust project control systems
    • encompassing scheduling, cost control, and progress measurement.
    • Development and maintenance of a detailed integrated project schedule and work program, including
    • Identification of critical paths and baseline establishment.

    • Monitor contract compliance for all subcontract agreements and vendor agreements, supporting dispute resolution and change management processes.
    • Accurate measurement and verification of work progress across all engineering and construction activities, leading to the preparation and submission of progress invoices to the Client based on achieved milestones.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Project Management
    • Minimum 12 years in project controls, with 5 years in lead roles for EPC projects
    • At least 3 completed pipeline projects
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel mandatory)
    • Strong reporting and analytical skills
    • Knowledge of Nigerian Content Development requirements

    Lead Project Engineer

    Summary

    • The ideal candidate shall be responsible for leading and managing all engineering design activities, ensuring designs shall be completed to 100% Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and detailed engineering specifications, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and Client requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Shall ensure the integrity and functionality of the pipeline system by verifying designs during testing and calibration activities.
    • Shall certify mechanical completion and readiness for gas introduction.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mechanical / Pipeline Engineering.
    • Minimum of 14 years in pipeline engineering, including 5 years in lead roles for gas transmission projects.
    • Technical mastery of pipeline design, hydraulic analysis, and material selection (API 5L/X60-X70).
    • Experience with FEED, HAZOP, and ASME B31.8/B31.4 compliance.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Caesar II, and Pipeline Simulation Tools.
    • Chartered Engineer (COREN/NSE) or equivalent.
    • Strong Verbal, written, and organizational skills.

    Technical Manager

    Description

    • The ideal candidate shall be responsible for technical assurance, quality control of all engineering deliverables, and providing technical support and guidance to the project team across all technical disciplines.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct technical reviews and approvals of project specifications, drawings, and designs.
    • Define document numbering, revision control, and approval workflows.
    • Ensure compliance with API 5L, ASME B31.8 and other applicable industry standards.

    • 15+ years oil/gas experience with 8+ years in technical leadership roles.
    • Minimum 3 major pipeline projects.
    • Nigerian onshore/land terrain experience.
    • Chartered Engineer (COREN/NSE) (advantageous).
    • API 570/571 certifications (advantageous).
    • PMP or equivalent (advantageous).
    • NEBOSH/IOSH (HSE) (advantageous).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel mandatory).
    • Strong reporting and analytical skills.
    • Knowledge of Nigerian Content Development requirements.
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
    • Experience working in Nigerian oil/gas sector preferred.
