Job Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads generated by the company and convert them to paying clients
• Persuasively engage prospects/clients in conversation and document their details
• Ask relevant leading questions to understand the prospect/client’s needs and recommend the best estate/product for their purposes.
• Ensure you deal with complaints/doubts effectively with the aim of safeguarding the company’s reputation.
• Book interested prospects for site inspection and communicate with your line manager
• Receive incoming calls during radio publicity or any other publicity programme organized by the company.
• Collaborate with your team members with a view to achieving your collective team target
• Send monthly and seasonal messages to existing clients and prospects.
• Maintain detailed records of outgoing and incoming calls as well as follow up information and outcomes.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s various products.
• Show appreciation to paying customers via text messages.

Qualification

• Minimum of OND in any discipline.
• Applicant must reside within Ogba, Ikeja, and it's environ.

• Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
• Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations
• Communicating with legal adviser to prepare property sales documents
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Monitor competition and communicate current developments.
• Analyze market trends.

Qualification

• OND / HND / BSc in any discipline.
