Job Description

• As a Kitchen Designer/Architect at Marsand bespoke joinery, you will play a critical role in designing and overseeing the implementation of high-quality kitchen spaces for our clients.
• You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, create detailed designs, and collaborate with our construction team to bring those designs to life.
• Your expertise in kitchen design and architecture will ensure that each project is functional, aesthetically pleasing, and completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their kitchen design needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Design Development: Create detailed and innovative kitchen designs using CAD software and other design tools, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
• Space Planning: Develop efficient and effective space plans that maximize the usability and flow of the kitchen area.
• Material Selection: Advise clients on material choices, including cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and fixtures, ensuring that selections meet both design and budget requirements.
• Project Management: Oversee the design process from concept to completion, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
• Technical Drawings: Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction and installation.
• Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, providing clients with accurate cost estimates and working to keep projects within financial constraints.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in kitchen design and architecture.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4-10 years experience.
• Must have driving licence.
