    Copywriter

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a Copywriter to craft compelling narratives that align with our aspirational identity and resonate with diverse audiences. 
    • The ideal candidate will leverage creativity, research, and collaboration to drive engagement across digital, print, and experiential platforms.

    Responsibilities
    Content Creation:

    • Develop engaging, brand-aligned copy for campaigns, social media, product descriptions, email marketing, and event collateral.
    • Adapt tone and style to suit platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, print ads) and target audiences (e.g. premium consumers, HORECA partners). 
    • Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual-textual alignment.

    Research & Strategy:

    • Conduct audience and industry research to refine messaging, including competitor analysis and trend monitoring.

    Digital Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Company is seeking an experienced Digital Brand Manager to spearhead our initiatives with a high focus on food and beverages in expanding market presence online, building brand awareness and visibility, driving digital channel traffic, delivering quality and aspirational experiences through innovative campaigns or partnerships that align with the brands, and acquiring leads/customers.

    Key Responsibilities
    Digital Strategy & Content Development:

    • Design and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships) to align with brand goals and consumer insights.
    • Lead digital marketing content strategy.
    • Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure brand consistency and oversee the final work delivery.

    Campaign Execution & Optimization:

    • Manage and oversee the campaign and partnership execution
    • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to create engaging content, track performance, and adjust strategies based on analytics.
    • Excellent ability to do budget forecasting and budget management
    • Implement A/B testing, multivariate experiments, and ROI-driven campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, email marketing) to maximize conversions. 
    • Lead campaigns and partnership development that drive brand awareness, sales, and customer loyalty.

    Analytics & Reporting:

    • Monitor KPIs (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates, sales) using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. 
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. 
    • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and recommend data-driven improvements.
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data-driven insights

    Collaboration & Innovation:

    • Partner with external agencies (creative, tech) and influencers to execute campaigns and stay ahead of industry trends.
    • Identify emerging digital technologies (e.g., AI-driven tools, hybrid events) to enhance brand storytelling and consumer interaction.

    Requirements

    • Education: At least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 7+ years in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or beverages.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing. 
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and campaign tracking.
    • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar)
    • Leadership and project management expertise to oversee teams and external vendors.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho)
    • Strong understanding of local consumer behavior and digital culture in Nigeria.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Daily reconciliation of the bank balances in various bank institutions.
    • Daily reconciliation of the bank statements in various banks.
    • Analyzing data regarding bank accounts.
    • Reconcile SAP Trial Balance Reports to the bank statements
    • Reconciliation of daily cash deposit from all corporate stores to the bank statement Generating
    • Bi-weekly reports on deposits.

    Requirements
    Experience / Educatioion:

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • 2 - 4 years' experience hands on the role.
    • Proficiency in Excel; SAP is an advantage
    • High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level, Detail-oriented with expert knowledge of (GAAP) accounting procedures and financial reporting practices.

    Key Responsibilities
    Activation Strategy & Execution:

    • Design and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and BTL campaigns (e.g., pop-ups, POS displays) to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
    • Develop point-of-sale materials (e.g., signage, displays) tailored to target audiences and retail partners.
    • Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless execution of activations and adherence to brand guidelines.

    Market Analysis & Insights:

    • Analyze sales data, consumer trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Translate insights into actionable strategies (e.g., bundled promotions, loyalty programs) to optimize trade marketing ROI.

    Requirements

    Experience:

    • 7+ years in trade marketing, brand activation, or a related field (FMCG, alcohol, or retail preferred).
    • Proven success in in-store activations, campaign execution, and vendor management.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Industry Experience: FMCG, alcohol beverages, or retail sectors. 
    • Certifications: Advanced analytics tools or project management frameworks.

    Skills:

    • Data Analysis: Proficiency in Excel or Power BI for interpreting sales trends and ROI.
