Responsibilities:
The Plumber will be responsible for;
- A thorough understanding and working experience of chilled water based systems for large campus
- Good hands on experience of dealing with leakages in chilled water and return water pipelines both at the chiller side and at the Air conditioning unit side.
- Operations and maintenance of all water circulation systems.
- Experience working with chilled water pumps of 3HP and above.
- Knowledge of various sensors used in water circulation systems.
- Capable of understanding building drawings
- Capable of handling expansion projects in line with the customer requirements
- Execute all preventive maintenance schedules and update relevant documentation and checklists
- Maintain adequate records for issues received for operational audits.

Responsibilities:
The Data Centre HVAC Technician will be responsible for the Data Centre Physical Infrastructure both for the White Space area and also the other supporting Infrastructure. He will maintain various Sub-systems of the BMS like Chillers, PACs, etc.. He would need to work closely with the BMS operators and other teams to ensure all the Alerts/Incidents/ Requests are handled and resolved within SLAs. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
