    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Operations Officer to oversee our logistics and transportation operations in Ibadan.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of drivers and trucks, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods, and optimizing operational processes to achieve business objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise a team of drivers and trucks
    • Coordinate and plan routes, schedules, and deliveries
    • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
    • Monitor and optimize operational costs, including fuel, maintenance, and labor
    • Implement and enforce safety and security protocols

    Technical Operator Support

    Responsibilities
    Safety, Health & Environment:

    • Responsible for safety compliance in his area
    • Ensure tidiness and cleanness in his area always.
    • Strongly committed to “zero accidents” FY.

    Quality Management:

    • In his area of responsibility, he ensures the compliance of the defined quality of the products in line with standards.

    Productivity:

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience

    • ND / HND in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Automation Engineering is required with 1 - 3 years of experience in Cosmetic industries.
    • Must have interpersonal skills and the ability to manage team independently.

    • Excellent analytical, Communication and motivation skills
    • Attention to detail with good troubleshooting skills.
