    Marine Assurance Supervisory Services

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Provide Marine assurance support to SCiN Marine activities. Provide input for marine support with other Business Partners at planning/ implementation phase ensuring HAZID recommendations are met.
    • Co-ordinating and monitoring vessel assurance activities and personnel (contractors and staff)
    • Maintain and update relevant systems (GMAS, Sharepoint) and documents
    • Maintain Marine assurance trackers for vessels, vessel operators, jetties, terminals and supply bases
    • Ensure Marine Assurance approvals in place prior to vessel usage
    • Conduct marine vessel MFE engagements with vessels and combine with ride on vessel attendances with overnight stays onboard.
    • Inspection of all Mobile Offshore Drilling Units including Jack up Barges and Project Barges
    • Anchor patterns and mooring procedures review and vessels stability analysis
    • Dynamically Positioned (DP) station keeping onboard review and trials
    • Desktop review of DP vessels Failure Mode and Effec
    • DP trial and FMEA proving trial reports lysis (FMEA), Annual
    • Desktop review of nominated vessels documentations prior onboar
    • Periodic in-service assurance on contracted vessels
    • Support with Vessel Operator HSE Capability Assessment reviews ndance
    • Support Marine Assurance Team to liaise with Project in providing guidance on vessel assurance requirements.
    • Closeout verification onboard support vessels following initial inspection or post breakdown repairs
    • Support Marine Assurance team with incident investigation
    • Form part of Marine Duty Supervisor call out rota for out of hours support
    • Support Marine Assurance Contractor call-offs for inspections and other assurance activities

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    • A minimum of Master Class 1 or Chief Engineer Class 1 Foreign Going Certificate of Competency.
    • At least 15 years' experience in Marine Transport Logistics Business of which 10 years must be sea-going experience with at least 5 years at management level.
    • Candidates with Class 2 Deck or Engineer Certificate of competency (Unlimited) with more than 5 years sea-going experience at management level will also be considered

    Marine Inspection Services

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Pre-mobilization Inspection of all types of offshore support vessels such as but not limiting to: Jack up Barges, Platform Supply Vessel; Anchor Handling Tug &
    • Supply; Personnel Carrier, Construction Intervention Vessels, Dive Support Vessels; Security Escort Vessels; Barges and Flotels
    • Inspection of Floating Platform Storage and Offloading (FPSO) and Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODU)
    • Inspection of jetty, supply bases and terminals
    • Provision of marine representatives to support Jack up barges move, mobile offshore drilling units moves, and other support vessels employed by Company
    • Dynamically Positioned (DP) station keeping onboard review and trials
    • Desktop review of nominated vessels documentations prior onboard attendance
    • Periodic Operational Assurance Checks on all employed support vessels.
    • Marine Warranty Survey (MWS) service and fuel consumption verification activities.
    • Closeout verification onboard support vessels following initial inspe breakdown repairs.
    • Support Marine Assurance team with incident investigation.
    • Support with Offshore Vessel Inspection Database (OVID)
    • OCIMF OVID accredited inspector

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    • 2 Nos Marine Inspectors based in Onne, working 28-day rotation or post
    • A minimum of Master Class 1 or Chief Engineer Class 1 Foreign Going Certificate of Competency.
    • At least 15 years' experience in Marine Transport Logistics Business of which 10 years must be sea-going experience with at least 5 years at management level.
    • Sailing experience in offshore support vessels
    • Office equipment for processing of reports

    Marine Operation Supervisor (MOC)

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Contribute to the overall achievement of SCiN marine departments HSSE performance and "Goal Zero" objectives.
    • Accountable to review vessel daily reports (DPR) and share any concerns with Contract Holders. DPR's to be filed in nominated locations.
    • Accountable to prepare and issue ERT step out requests for all vessel movements in SCiN.
    • Responsible for communicating with SOC for movement requests and coordination of SEV support.
    • Responsible to manage business deliverable conflicts and resolve with minimum disruption to the Business. Communication to relevant focal points e.g., ILS, CH etc
    • Accountable to review and support end of month EFMS vs Daily reported fuel consumption
    • Accountable to prepare and maintain the Daily Marine Ops vessels activity database and tracker and communicate with relevant focal points.
    • Attend SOC meetings as applicable.
    • Attend ILS scheduling meetings.
    • Attend daily offshore vessel meetings.
    • Responsible for attending operational meetings in relation to marin
    • Co-ordinating and monitoring marine vessel operational demands within
    • Project activities and for personnel (contractors and staff). rations in and
    • Support Marine Assurance Service role to maintain and update relevant systems (GMAS, SharePoint) and documents.
    • Accountable to process on departure checks for all vessels from onshore/offshore locations as appropriate.
    • Liaison with relevant 3rd party vessel stakeholders as applicable.
    • Form part of Marine Duty Supervisor call out rota for out of hours support.
    • Maintain HSSE of the highest standard in line with SCiN Policy, Marine MOPAG and Group SEAM Standards

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    • The resources to be deployed for the service should meet the following minimum qualifications:
    • A minimum of Master Class 1 or Chief Engineer Class 1 Foreign Going Certificate of Competency.
    • At least 15 years' experience in Marine Transport Logistics Business of which 10 years must be sea-going experience with at least 5 years at management level.
    • Candidates with Class 2 Deck or Engineer Certificate of competency (Unlimited) with more than 5 years sea-going experience at management level will also be considered
    • Office equipment for processing of reports
