    Massage Therapist

    • This role is responsible for ensuring the promotion of the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy on a consistent basis.
    • Creates excellent member/guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude.

    Reports to: Wellness Center Supervisor.

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and other specialized modalities, to address clients' individual needs and preferences.
    • Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their medical history, physical condition, and specific concerns to tailor massage sessions accordingly.
    • Consult with clients before each session to discuss treatment goals, preferences, and any specific areas of concern.
    • Administer high-quality massage sessions while ensuring clients' comfort and maintaining professional boundaries.
    • Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including session notes and client information.
    • Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy, self-care practices, and exercises to promote overall wellness.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other wellness center professionals to provide holistic care.
    • Properly clean, maintain, and ensure the functionality of massage equipment and supplies.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Key Result Areas/ Performance Goals:

    • Maintain a CSAT score of at least 95%

    Job Qualifications

    • University Degree or Higher Diploma in Social sciences and Humanities
    • A minimum of 2-year post NYSC experience
    • Experience in customer services in the hospitality/healthcare industry is an added advantage

    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Proficiency in various massage modalities and techniques.

    Pedicurist

    • This role is responsible for providing high-quality nail care services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction. 
    • Creates excellent member/guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude.

    Reports to: Wellness Center Supervisor.

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Provide a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art.
    • Assess the condition of clients' nails and recommend appropriate treatments.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
    • Sterilize and sanitize all tools and equipment regularly.
    • Educate clients on nail care and recommend products for at-home maintenance.
    • Keep abreast of current nail care trends and techniques.
    • Uphold a high level of client service and professionalism.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
    • Collaborate with other wellness center staff to provide integrated wellness services.
    • Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Job Qualifications

    Concierge

    • This role is responsible for responsible for welcoming customers upon entrance and confirm reservations while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

    Reports to: Wellness Center Supervisor.

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Greet clients and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a memorable first impression.
    • Provide support to clients as they transition from one area of the center to another.
    • Collect and relay client feedback and suggestions to the Wellness Center Supervisor to enhance the client experience.
    • Collaborate with other team members to maintain a cohesive and supportive work environment.

    Other duties as assigned.
