    Social Media Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are on the lookout for three dynamic and driven Social Media Managers to take charge of our social media platforms and strengthen our digital footprint.
    • You will be in charge of growing and managing our brand’s presence across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
    • Your responsibilities include creating engaging content, interacting with followers, and building a strong, loyal online community for Kumesoft Technology.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
    • Create engaging and shareable content (text, images, and videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence.
    • Schedule and publish content in a timely and consistent manner.
    • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback.
    • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
    • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales) to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
    • Assist with basic photography tasks for social media content creation.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience (minimum of 2years) managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations, YOSis an advantage.
    • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to create engaging and brand-consistent content.
    • Basic understanding of visual content creation and a willingness to learn and apply basic photography skills for social media purposes.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
    • Ability to analyze social media data and generate reports.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
    • Must be willing to relocate to Minna, Niger State.
    • Must be available to resume immediately.

    SEO Specialist

    What We’re Looking For
    You must embody a deep mastery of advanced SEO—living and breathing it daily. In particular, you should be capable of implementing high-level strategies such as:

    • Private Blog Network (PBN) creation, management, and optimization to control link juice flow.
    • Google Entity Stacking and Local Map Entity Stacking to dominate local SERPs.
    • Citation building at both a foundational and niche level, creating geo-relevant trust signals.
    • Mastery in Web 2.0 network creation and parasite SEO for scaling link velocity.
    • Crafting high-quality, believable Reddit and Quora links to drive engagement and referral traffic.
    • Generating and managing tiered link-building campaigns (T1, T2, T3) that leverage advanced automation tools.
    • Knowledge of social fortress building and schema manipulation to strengthen E-E-A-T signals.
    • Link laundering tactics that hide footprints and maintain link safety.

    Additional Skills:

    • Proficient in leveraging citation generals and local link silos for maximum local impact.
    • Experience with Cloudflare-based stacking, Google stacking, and drive folder authority stacking.
    • Ability to generate traffic-driving content clusters optimized for CTR and behavioral signals.
    • Familiarity with churn-and-burn vs. longevity strategies, depending on the site’s purpose.
    • Local SEO optimization

    Tools You Should Know:

    • Ahrefs, Majestic, SEMrush for competitive analysis.
    • GSA, Scrapebox, Money Robot for automated campaigns.
    • RankerX, Serp Shaker, and other tools for mass page building.

    Content Writer

    Role Summary

    • As a Content Writer at Kumesoft, you’ll write informative, engaging, and research-driven content that connects to real people and performs well in search.
    • A basic understanding of SEO content principles is a plus.
    • Your work will directly support the marketing efforts of global clients and our agency’s internal growth strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Write high-quality, well-researched blog posts, landing pages, and social media contents.
    • Create content that aligns with brand guidelines and business goals.
    • Adapt writing style for different industries (SEO agencies, e-commerce, professional services, etc.)
    • Conduct topic research and develop outlines based on briefs or keywords provided.
    • Optimize content for clarity, engagement, and readability (bonus if you can apply light SEO tactics).
    • Proofread and edit your work to ensure grammatical accuracy and brand consistency.
    • Collaborate with team members as needed.
    • Manage deadlines and contribute to a fast-paced, remote team culture.

    Requirements
    Criteria for Consideration:

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field  with 2 - 3 years of experience.
    • A functional laptop or desktop PC with consistent internet access (this is non-negotiable).
    • Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
    • Strong research ability and attention to detail.
    • Ability to adapt tone and voice for different clients.
    • Ability to think outside the box and create content that engages, educates, and inspires.
    • Time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
    • Prior experience writing SEO-driven content or familiarity with keyword usage is a plus
    • Understanding of CMS platforms like WordPress.
