    • Extensive experience in healthcare facility management.
    • Strong knowledge of medical equipment planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

    Social Media Representative

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Representative to join our music label team. 
    • This person will play a key role in building the online presence of our artists, promoting releases, and creating engaging content that connects deeply with fans. If you live and breathe music, trends, and social media — and you know how to tell powerful stories through video and visuals — we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and grow the social media presence for the label and signed artists across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
    • Create high-quality short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, teasers, and behind-the-scenes clips).
    • Design visually compelling graphics and promo materials (e.g., single/album covers, release countdowns, tour fliers, lyric snippets, quotes, testimonials, etc.).
    • Repurpose performance footage, interviews, studio sessions, and live appearances into engaging content.
    • Schedule and post content consistently using a content calendar.
    • Monitor social trends and identify opportunities for virality and engagement.
    • Write attention-grabbing captions and hooks that resonate with music audiences.
    • Engage with fans and followers through comments, messages, and reposts.
    • Collaborate with artists, managers, and the marketing team on launch strategies, campaigns, and brand alignment.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience managing social media for artists, labels, influencers, or entertainment brands.
    • Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
    • Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, etc.).
    • Ability to work with tight deadlines and dynamic schedules.
    • A keen eye for storytelling, aesthetics, sound syncing, and visual rhythm.
    • Knowledge of current music and content trends on TikTok, YouTube, and IG.
    • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Love for music — especially gospel, afrobeats, or inspirational genres (a big plus!).
    • Bonus Points For:
    • Experience with motion graphics or lyric video animation
    • Experience in YouTube SEO and channel management
    • Basic photography or live content capture skills
    • Understanding of music releases, DSPs, and fan.
