    Senior Finance & Reporting Manager (Agribusiness)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the preparation of accurate, timely, and compliant financial reports in line with best-in-class standards.
    • Partner with executive leadership to deliver financial insights that inform and drive strategic growth.
    • Design, implement, and continuously improve financial systems and processes that strengthen internal controls and scalability.
    • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain transparency with all stakeholders.
    • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
    • Develop performance dashboards and reporting tools that reflect the organization’s financial health and impact.
    • Drive financial discipline and accountability across teams to support sustainable expansion.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from a highly reputable academic institution.
    • A professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA is required.
    • 8–10 years of progressive finance and reporting experience, ideally within complex, fast-paced, or high-growth organizations.
    • Proven track record in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance with IFRS or equivalent accounting standards.
    • Demonstrated ability to design, build, and enhance financial reporting systems, internal controls, and compliance processes.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
    • Comfortable working with financial systems, ERPs, and advanced Excel or Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
    • Exceptional ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively to non-financial audiences.

    Head, Financial Planning, Analysis & Strategy (Agribusiness)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with business unit heads and senior leadership.
    • Develop comprehensive financial models to project long-term growth and evaluate the impact of various business factors.
    • Deliver in-depth competitor analysis, market trend assessments, and associated commentary to the leadership team to inform strategic decisions.
    • Prepare detailed business cases to support new investments, strategic initiatives, and other critical business decisions.
    • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management regarding financial modeling, profitability, and future growth opportunities.
    • Analyze complex financial and operational results to provide a deep understanding of company performance.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting trends and analyzing the causes of unexpected variances across revenue, cost of sales, and expenses.
    • Conduct detailed analysis and provide commentary on cost center results to drive accountability and performance.
    • Evaluate previous budgets and expenditures to develop and implement more effective future budgets.
    • Provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management to support informed decision-making.
    • Oversee and manage the ongoing development and improvement of budgeting, financial forecasting, and operational modeling tools.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
    • Master’s degree in finance and/or MBA preferred.
    • A Professional qualification, such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA, is required.
    • 10+ years’ experience working in a financial analysis & planning role.
    • Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
    • Leadership ability to guide and get results from a team.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity.
