    Import and Exports Specialist

    The Key Purpose of this role is to analyzes, monitor and track the logistics cost of raw materials, finished goods and equipment that are imported. It also analyzes, monitors and tracks the logistics of export of raw materials and finished goods.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

    Analyze and track imports and exports:

    • Reporting Average clearing (import) and forwarding (export) cost per box
    • Reporting Average clearing time (port to brewery warehouse)
    • Reporting Demurrage cost paid per month
    • Regulatory penalties & queries (customs, NAFDAC etc)
    • Clearing/other services invoice processing (PO, GRN, 3WM) and tracking
    • Timely processing renewal of all related IB Plc Import & export documentation
    • Responsible to send monthly inbound/export KPI dashboard with end-to-end tracking (from order placement to delivery at the plants).
    • Engage with Mubex and Clearing agents to improve service delivery to Nigeria operations.

    KPI’s, Routines & Reports:

    • Ensures that Daily, Weekly and Monthly Meeting routines are adhered to in line with mandatory LCP & internal guidelines
    • Ensures that processes are standardized via SOP's and work standards are monitored and improved 
    • Track KPI's on a daily, weekly and monthly basis in line with LCP requirements
    • Ensures that appropriate problem-solving tools are applied for out of range KPI's in line with LCP methodology.
    • Owns and executes one or more planning LCP blocks as assigned by the planning manager.
    • Publish reports on time as per LCP guidelines and internal processes. 
    • Ensure all reports for clearing are filed and secured
    • Reconciliation of all goods received in a month (GRN, prepayments etc.)
    • Ensure timely GRN and SCTs of imported materials.
    • Completes monthly stock take of the Imports warehouse.
    • O0U0 warehouse (Malt and other imported materials) Stock reconciliation & SCT movement.
    • Ensure all invoice posting and GRN for services rendered are done in line with company policies (within 48 hours

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Logistics degree or another 3-year degree in related field such as Cost Accountant, International Trade, Supply Chain Management or commerce
    • Preferably 3-5 years manufacturing cost accountant, imports clearing and forwarding and or inventory management experience

    Inventory Control Clerk

    The Key Purpose of this role is to governance processes and documentation are followed and completed to ensure that any and all physical movement of inventory is correctly reflected in SAP.  Assist with primary and secondary distribution activities as required.

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    Daily Documentation Control

    • Check that all SD shipment packs are correct and complete
    • Check that all Inter-depot Movement Notes are correct and complete
    • Check all PD and SD Gate Registers to physical documents and final load plan
    • All stock and shipment packs filed as per SAB requirements

    Assist with credit queries

    Route settlement corrections

    • Process customer and driver corrections as required
    • Assign variance reasons to all driver and customer corrections
    • Check all RSC invoices have been recorded in register and sent to customers for signature
    • Track and resolve missing and unsigned invoices within the specified timeframe

    Routine Administration

    • Capture missing broken and foreign survey data
    • Print beer age concessions and attach to shipments that are received out of specification
    • Capture fuel usage Raise purchase orders
    • Ensure all invoice queries are resolved
    • Reporting on missing documents and errors found

    Governance

    • Ensure that documentation is controlled as per audit and SARBox requirements
    • Ensure that inventory management principles and policies are applied

    Stock Take Procedures

    • Carry out inventory counts as prescribed in company policies and procedures
    • Generate stock variance reports daily
    • Issuing and receiving stock
    • Assist with issuing and receiving of primary and secondary distribution shipments on SAP when required

    Key Attributes and Competencies:

    • Excellent knowledge of Stock Control processes
    • Problem solving ability Good MS Office proficiency
    • Sound knowledge of the SAP R3 system
    • Have attention to detail

    Minimum Requirements:

    • HND
    • Tertiary diploma/degree in Stock Control / Management would be an added advantage
    • 2-3 years’ experience in a Stock Control environment
