Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity, etc.) and refurbishments
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Inspectbuildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
• Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
• Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
• Allocate office space according to needs
• Handle insurance plans and service contracts
• Keep financial and non-financial records
• Perform analysis and forecasting.

Requirements

• B.Sc / BA Degree in Facility Management / Engineering / Business Administration or a relevant field
• Proven experience as a facilities manager or relevant position
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Good analytical/critical thinking
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Carry out of vehicle service and repair as per specified in the service checklist and vehicle repair order.
• Ensuring all service and repair are performed thoroughly and in accordance to good quality practice and procedure adhering Company's standard.
• Practice of genuine replacement of parts and service rendered according to the checklist and scope of works.
• Diagnosis and identifications of technical fault and determine the correct measure to take.
• Identifications of the spare parts required for any given job.
• Ensuring the work assigned is carried out in a professional manner and that the vehicles are clean and presentable prior release from the workshop.
• Maintaining standard FRT on works.
• Ensure compliance with safety systems and procedures.

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in a relevant field with 3 - 5 years work experience.
