Telesales Agent at Source Microfinance Bank

Responsibilities

• Identifying and targeting potential customers through telephone calls, email blasts etc
• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue
• Promoting the bank's products and services to potential and existing customers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Conducting customer needs assessments and making recommendations for product and service offerings
• Negotiating and closing sales deals with customers
• Managing the sales process from lead generation to closing

Requirements

• This is an entry level position for ND/HND/BSc graduate
• Lagos Corp members with interest/experience in sales are encouraged to apply (CDS days are given)
• Desired candidates must have loan sales experience and/or display willingness to learn
• Candidate should possess customer service skills
• Good telephone etiquette is required
• Proven interest in sales is an advantage
