    Operations Coordinator โ€“ Directional Drilling (DD) and Logging While Drilling (LWD)

    Job Purpose

    • We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator (DD/LWD) to plan, coordinate, and execute Directional Drilling (DD) and Logging While Drilling (LWD) operations. The role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery in line with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geosciences, or related discipline.
    • 10–15 years relevant oil & gas experience with strong DD/LWD exposure.
    • Proven experience coordinating drilling or directional drilling operations (onshore/offshore).
    • Valid hashtag#IWCF/IADC Well Control Certification.
    • Strong understanding of DD principles, LWD tools, and real-time data interpretation.
    • Knowledge of Nigerian oil & gas regulatory requirements.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    Technical Sales Manager (Electrical Field Instruments)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager with strong expertise in Electrical Field Instruments sales within the oil and gas sector.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and providing technical sales leadership across assigned accounts and projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies: for electrical field instrumentation products.
    • Manage and grow relationships with oil & gas clients, EPCs, and system integrators.
    • Identify new business opportunities and lead contract negotiations.
    • Provide technical support and product presentations to clients.
    • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
    • Achieve revenue targets, and contribute to overall business growth.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

    Requirements

    • 12—15 years proven experience in Electrical Field Instruments
    • Sales, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
    • Strong technical knowledge of electrical and instrumentation products..
    • Demonstrated success in B2B technical sales and key account managem
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage complex sales cycles.
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MBA is an advantage).
