• Promotes a vibrant, unparalleled event experience for the customer
• Manages, receives and coordinates all bookings and rentals for the centre and monitors results thereof
• Trains and maintains appropriate list of available staff to meet event requirements
• Is available to work and irregular schedule as required ensuring proper coordination of events and activities scheduled in the Centre
• Assists the Managing Director (or accountant) with receipts, expenses, funding, budget, records and similar aspects for the management of the facility.
• Investigates customer complaints and handles such problems in a professional and satisfactory manner.
• Distributes post event surveys and follows up on issues.

Assures the property is maintained in excellent condition by ensuring the following:

• That the facility is kept clean and doesn’t violate any health codes (especially in the kitchen, bar & toilets)
• That the generators and alternate power sources are well maintained and adequately fuelled
• Ensures that all staff of the Centre are always at work on time and have the tools they need to work perform any other tasks as required by management

 Job Description 

You will be responsible for assisting our Team in shaping design-communications across several initiatives and channels within the marketing and advertising world, and beyond! 

Responsibilities 

• Study design briefs and specifications provided.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and in tandem with Team Lead. • Assist in design of materials from concept to completion; etc. • Assist in design of documentation materials, corporate stationery and letterheads and on-board materials; etc.
• Prepare rough drafts, mock-up, and generate clear ideas and concepts for projects.
• Produce sketches/illustrations, logos, storyboards, roughs and other designs to visualize ideas (using software or by hand).
• Use the appropriate colours, layouts and typographic elements for each graphic.
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
• Assist in testing graphics across various media.
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. • Provide daily communications and status updates to the Project Manager and Creative Director.
• Perform projects as requested.
