    Computer Operator

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a skilled Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating computer systems, monitoring performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities
    System Monitoring and Maintenance:

    • Monitor computer systems and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
    • Identify and resolve technical issues and errors to minimize downtime.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups and software updates.

    Data Entry and Processing:

    • Enter data accurately into computer systems and databases.
    • Verify data integrity and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
    • Generate reports and analyze data as needed.

    IT Support and Troubleshooting:

    • Provide technical support to end-users regarding software, hardware, and network issues.
    • Troubleshoot computer problems and escalate complex issues to IT specialists or vendors.
    • Assist in resolving IT-related emergencies and outages.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of system operations, incidents, and resolutions.

    MD Assistant

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a dedicated and organized MD Assistant to provide administrative and clinical support to our medical director (MD).
    • The MD Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent patient care under the guidance of the MD.

    Key Responsibilities
    Administrative Support:

    • Manage the MD's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate communication and correspondence on behalf of the MD, including phone calls, emails, and letters.
    • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

    Clinical Assistance:

    • Assist the MD during patient consultations, examinations, and procedures.
    • Prepare examination rooms, medical instruments, and supplies as needed.
    • Take and record patient vital signs, medical history, and other relevant information.

    Patient Care Coordination:

    • Schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals as directed by the MD.
    • Communicate with patients regarding appointment reminders, instructions, and test results.
    • Provide information and support to patients and their families regarding medical procedures and treatments.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including electronic health records (EHR) entries.
    • Prepare and submit medical reports, forms, and insurance claims as required.
    • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for meetings and conferences.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent (SSCE); additional training in medical assisting or healthcare administration is preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a medical assistant or administrative assistant.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and patient care protocols.
    • Proficiency in computer systems, electronic medical records (EMR / EHR), and office software.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

    Responsibilities

    • Receiving, inspecting, and storing items, maintaining inventory records, issuing supplies as needed.
