PURPOSE 

To coordinate and oversee multi-site warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of goods to customers. The role is responsible for optimizing warehouse performance across all B2C locations, driving inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and service delivery in line with business SLAs, cost targets, and safety standards.

THE JOB​

• Oversee inbound, storage, and outbound warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and consistent service delivery across all B2C warehouse locations.
• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy by implementing effective stock control practices and conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and dispatch processes to meet customer demand and agreed service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes, layout, and productivity to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Lead, manage, and develop warehouse staff and supervisors to build a high-performing and accountable operations team.

THE PERSON MUST ​

• Have strong expertise in warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, and distribution processes.
• Demonstrate proven experience managing multi-site or large-scale B2C warehouse operations.
• Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, coach, and motivate teams.
• Exhibit solid knowledge of inventory control and accuracy improvement techniques.
• Be highly analytical with the ability to track and interpret operational KPIs.

QUALIFICATION

• HND/bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Warehouse Management or Supply Chain is an added advantage

EXPERIENCE​

• 5–8 years’ experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Experience within an FMCG environment is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and large-scale warehouse operations.

To support the execution, supervision, and continuous improvement of supply chain operations across the business. This role ensures alignment with standardized frameworks, processes, and systems defined by the Group Head, Supply Chain Capability & Excellence, while driving operational efficiency, compliance, and performance across all supply chain functions and business units.

THE JOB​

• Supervise day-to-day supply chain operations across multiple business units, including planning, procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure adherence to standardized supply chain processes, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Drive consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence across all locations and functions.
• Monitor and analyze key supply chain KPIs (e.g., service levels, inventory turnover, order fulfillment, cost efficiency).
• Prepare periodic performance reports and dashboards for management review.
• Identify performance gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities; recommend actionable solutions.
• Support the rollout and enforcement of standardized supply chain processes and systems across the organization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

THE PERSON MUST ​

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations (planning, procurement, warehousing, and distribution).
• Have proven ability to supervise operations and drive efficiency across multiple business units or locations.
• Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
• Be highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• HND/bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

EXPERIENCE​

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain operations.
• Experience within a multi-site or FMCG environment is strongly preferred.
