    Internal Control Manager

    To ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of internal control systems across the FMN Group, safeguarding company assets, promoting compliance with policies and regulations, and driving process efficiency through continuous review, supervision, and improvement of control activities.

    THE JOB

    • Implement and maintain effective internal control systems across all FMN business units.
    • Support the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of business processes.
    • Monitor compliance with internal control policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct regular control reviews and spot checks to assess process efficiency and compliance.
    • Identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
    • Work with Business Assurance and Compliance teams to embed controls into daily operations.
    • Work with Inventory Control team to validate and circulate monthly inventory count schedules and review consolidated reports.
    • Report control deficiencies and follow up on remediation actions with relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and evidence of all control checks and reports.
    • Support the implementation of ICFR/IFRS-aligned control processes across the Group.
    • Promote a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement in all operations.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have proven track record in developing, implementing, and monitoring internal control frameworks and policies.
    • Possess hands-on experience conducting risk assessments, process reviews, and compliance audits.
    • Have proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Office skills.
    • Strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making.
    • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum requirement: First Degree in Accounting related field.
    • Added advantage: Professional Qualification.

    EXPERIENCE

    Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

    Technical Procurement Officer

    PURPOSE

    Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring the technical materials, equipment, and services needed for engineering and manufacturing projects.

    THE JOB

    • Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers for technical materials and equipment
    • Manage purchase orders and track inventory for project timelines
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors
    • Review engineering drawings and specifications to align purchases with project needs
    • Monitor supplier performance for quality, delivery, and compliance
    • Liaison between procurement and Store ensuring all criteria/approval/specification are met
    • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams on procurement strategy
    • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations
    • Reconcile or resolve value discrepancies

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have a solid understanding of procurement processes and technical specifications for engineering and industrial materials.
    • Be skilled in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
    • Possess strong analytical and documentation skills for tracking purchases and supplier performance.
    • Exhibit integrity, attention to detail, and effective communication in supplier and stakeholder interactions.
    • Be able to work collaboratively with technical and operations teams to meet procurement needs efficiently.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or supply chain engineering.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum requirement:
    • 2–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or engineering roles
    •  Familiarity with international sourcing and global supplier management.
