    Insurance Recovery Officer

    PURPOSE

    To facilitate prompt recovery of company broken down trucks, those involved in accidents or impounded by agencies and collation of necessary documents for insurance claims, to claim all money due to the company through damage of company property and assets.

    THE JOB

    • Collaborate with fleet operations to ensure that accident cases are reported for recovery action.
    • Ensure prompt recovery of trucks involved in accidents in any part of Nigeria.
    • Ensure the security of company trucks, consignment, and driver on event of accident.
    • Follow through with relevant authorities for road traffic accident-related reports.
    • Undertakes collation, compilation of documents and liaise with insurance towards insurance claims and settlement of claims by concerned third parties.
    • Maintain good working relationship with the Police, FRSC, LASTMA, and others, as it relates to accidents.
    • Publish weekly/monthly breakdown and accident report.
    • Negotiate and agree costs associated with insurance claims.
    • Handle customers questions or complaints.

     

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
    • Have knowledge of relevant road legal requirements.
    • Be proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software.
    • Be flexible and able to prioritize.

    QUALIFICATION

    • First degree in any course.

    EXPERIENCE

    • 2 years experience in a similar role.
    • Familiar with road networks pan Nigeria.

    Store Manager

    PURPOSE

    Overseeing the store/inventory system to guarantee adequate stock levels and appropriate spares allocation to meet daily production and maintenance demands.

    THE JOB

    • Working closely with all relevant stakeholders to achieve cost avoidance and cost reduction across the organization's manufacturing, distribution, and store operations.
    • Providing a strong leadership, excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues.
    • Creating and monitoring the store's annual budget, including costs and earnings.
    • Providing regular reports to management on store performance, trends and inventory levels.
    • Establish key performance indicators, track ongoing performance, and strive to exceed expectations against established objectives.
    • Implementing security measures to prevent theft and loss of merchandise.
    • Ensuring the store complies with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Have excellent customer service skills
    • Pay keen attention to details and be highly organized.
    • Be proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software.

    QUALIFICATION

    • B.sc or HND in Mechanical, Electrical or any science related course.

    EXPERIENCE

    • At least 3 years of relevant job experience, preferably as a store/warehouse manager.
    • Proficiency in Axapta usage and database management will be an added advantage.

    Planning Manager

    PURPOSE

    Improving maintenance productivity and lowering equipment breakdowns by predicting and eliminating potential delays via meticulous planning, scheduling, and recording of labor, parts and materials, and equipment access.

     

    THE JOB

    • Leading a team of planners or schedulers and providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and development.
    • Create, oversee, and establish a continuous preventive maintenance plan to maximize equipment reliability.
    • Supervise the computerized maintenance management software.
    • Establish work packages for all scheduled maintenance operations.
    • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate equipment maintenance history, work records, database, and other relevant documents.
    • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and reduce inefficiencies.
    • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies in planning activities.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Have excellent customer service skills
    • Pay keen attention to details and be highly organized.
    • Be proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software.

    QUALIFICATION

    • B.sc or HND in any Engineering Field.

    EXPERIENCE

    • At least 4 years of relevant job experience.
    • Proficiency in database management, milling technology and CMMS will be an added advantage.
