First Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, Higher Degree/ Professional Certification/ membership of professional bodies.
Experience
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in facilities and infrastructure management, preferably in the financial sector.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate and analyze min-max planning reports from the FirstFusion Application to identify stationery items requiring replenishment.
- Evaluate and create purchase requisitions for restocking using the I-Procurement module of the FirstFusion Application.
- Ensure accurate inventory capture by reviewing system entries.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.
- Participate in the disposal of obsolete stationery items.
- Resolve branch complaints relating to stationery in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all branch requests for stationery and assets are promptly processed and dispatched by the Courier Services team.
- Oversee timely processing of courier service bills for stationery and asset deliveries.
- Coordinate claims for undelivered or lost assets and stationery handled by courier services.
- Review, investigate, and escalate courier-related complaints from branches or Head Office.
- Ensure prompt resolution of courier complaints and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Assist in preparing monthly cost-savings analysis reports for the BPM unit.
- Support preparation of monthly proof of stock account for Internal Control Enhancement and Financial Control.
- Conduct monthly inventory stock counts and submit returns to FINCON.
- Generate and analyze daily reports to control critical areas of the stock system.
- Address and resolve discrepancies identified in daily reports.
- Perform on-the-spot stock checks to verify inventory value.
- Maintain high customer service standards and ensure subordinates uphold the same.
- Support management of store operations, including administrative duties and inventory management.
- Ensure employee awareness of safety and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate receipt of assets from vendors.
- Coordinate shipment of assets to destination branches.
- Maintain accurate records for receipt and dispatch of assets.
- Manage and optimize warehouse space.
- Track and report key performance indicators such as Audit Defect Rate and Regulatory Infractions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Lease Management & Renewals
- Lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of lease administration for the Bank’s nationwide portfolio of leased properties, including offices, branches, ATMs, and residential assets.
- Proactively manage lease expirations, initiate early negotiations, and develop cost-effective renewal strategies aligned with market trends and operational needs.
- Evaluate lease terms, rental values, and landlord obligations to secure favourable terms while maintaining positive landlord relationships and ensuring business continuity.
Property Acquisition
- Identify and assess strategic property acquisition opportunities in line with the Bank’s expansion goals, SRF requests, and customer access strategy.
- Conduct detailed due diligence including location suitability analysis, title document investigation, market valuation, physical inspection, topography, and risk assessment.
Property Disposal
- Drive the disposal of non-core or underutilized real estate assets, ensuring optimal returns for the Bank.
- Conduct valuation assessments, market analysis, and stakeholder consultations to determine fair market value and appropriate disposal strategy.
Title Documentation, Renewal & Perfection
- Maintain oversight of the Bank’s title portfolio and drive the perfection and renewal of legal documents across all owned properties.
- Engage with State Land Registries, Surveyor-General’s offices, and legal representatives to facilitate statutory processes (e.g., Governor’s Consent, Deed Registration, Certified True Copies).
Statutory Payments & Government Compliance
- Ensure timely processing and remittance of statutory obligations, including Ground Rent, Land Use Charge, Tenement Rate, Development Levy, and other taxes.
- Review and validate demand notices from government authorities, resolve discrepancies, and negotiate assessments where necessary
Building Plan Approval & Regularization
- Coordinate the regularization of building plan approvals for owned and leased branches.
- Liaise with Town Planning Authorities and State Building Control Agencies to facilitate submission and approval of architectural and structural drawings.
Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
Serve as the Bank’s Safety Officer, implementing OHS policies aligned with ISO 45001:2018 standards
Property Surrender & Exit Management
- Manage the surrender of properties no longer required, ensuring compliance with lease exit terms.
Litigation Support & Witness Representation
Act as the Bank’s key witness in property-related disputes, providing evidence and expert testimony.
Vetting of Valuation Reports
- Review and validate valuation reports for HCMD Group, RCAM, and CRM departments.
