    Entry-level Quantity Surveyor

    Job Role / Objectives

    • Construction Company seeks to recruit an Entry Level Quantity Surveyor who would assist in supervising, managing and planning all costs associated with all types of construction projects, from outset until completion.
    • Assist in maximizing project margin and add value to the construction process by proactive involvement in procurement, cost management and reporting and preparation of bill of quantities.

    Position Overview / Responsibilities

    • Minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.

    Account Officer

    Job Role / Objectives

    • Construction Company seeks to recruit an Account Officer who will be responsible for timely and accurate information reporting including responsibilities for job cost tracking, balance sheet reconciliations, processing bank draws, research and tax processes.

    Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • A construction company wishes to recruit an Admin/HR officer. The role is responsible for the general administrative activities of the organisation as well as providing HR support.

    Responsibilities

    • Operates and manages multi-line telephones and routes incoming phone calls.
