    Production Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all production activities to meet output targets while ensuring quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
    • Monitor production metrics (yield, waste, downtime, throughput) and take corrective actions as needed.
    • Implement, maintain, and monitor food safety systems including HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 22000, and other relevant standards.
    • Ensure all production output meets both internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements (Nigerian and export, as relevant).
    • Oversee sanitation, hygiene, and maintenance of production equipment.
    • Lead, mentor, and supervise production line staff supervisors, operators, technicians.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety among the production workforce.
    • Ensure raw materials, packaging materials, and supplies are available and properly stored.
    • Manage production budgets, including labor, utilities, and supplies as relevant.

    Job Requirements

    • Master’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Microbiology, or related life sciences.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in food production or processing environments.
    • Strong understanding of food safety & quality standards: HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 (or similar).
    • Proven experience managing production teams.
    • Knowledge of relevant health, safety and regulatory standards in the food industry.

    Electrical and Instrumentation Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and test electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation solutions.
    • Select and specify electrical equipment, instruments, and automation components.
    • Develop and implement control systems, including PLC programming and SCADA systems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and process systems.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and instrumentation issues.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, including electrical drawings and technical manuals.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on instrumentation and automation in the manufacturing sector.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including circuit analysis and design.
    • Excellent understanding of instrumentation and automation technologies, including PLCs, SCADA systems, sensors, and actuators.
    • Experience with industrial automation protocols, such as Modbus and Profibus.
    • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations, such as NFPA and OSHA.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    Finance Executive

    Job Responsibilities

    • Processing invoices received from vendors and suppliers for payment by preparing payment vouchers, obtaining required approvals, and other supporting documentation.
    • Managing petty cash float. This includes ensuring that petty cash payments are properly authorized, within approval limits, and that spending is necessary for the business. Requesting additional petty cash float on a timely basis to ensure adequate cash for payments, keeping in mind the processing time.
    • Responsible for end of month closure processing, including posting of all transactions in the Sage 300 accounting system, posting accrual journals, and ensuring that all reconciliations and accounts analysis are carried out before the financial statements are generated.
    • Responsible for carrying out monthly bank reconciliations for all bank accounts and resolving any reconciling items in a timely manner.
    • Managing the receivables and payables ledger by ensuring that both accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis and any reconciling items are resolved.
    • Raising invoices to customers and following up on overdue amounts
    • Being the first reviewer of staff reimbursement claims checking for reasonableness and completeness of reimbursement documentation.
    • Track staff advances and ensure timely retirement of amounts advanced to staff, supported by appropriate documentation.
    • Maintain the assets register and ensure that newly purchased assets are included in the register, depreciated at appropriate rates, and tracked to the staff responsible for the assets.
    • With the support of the Finance and Administration Manager, process tax payments and tax returns as per statutory deadlines.
    • Support the annual audit process
    • Assist in the preparation of internal and external reports

    Job Requirements

    • A minimum of University Degree in Finance or Accounting
    • 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in Finance and accounting.
    • Experience in the Sage accounting system will be an added advantage
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel)
    • Demonstrated team working skills.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Business Administration or related discipline. M.Sc. in a related course.
    • 15+ years progressive experience in sales, especially in FMCG, Telecoms, banking, luxury retail, etc.
    • Ability to build, execute, and follow the Company strategy
    • Proven ability to drive results and to manage teams
    • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
    • Accountability
    • Experience in managing, coaching, mentoring, and developing a team
    • Passion for retail and luxury
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
