    Job Summary

    • Our client is in need of a highly skilled and experienced Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of expertise in oil and gas contracts, drafting/review, and MOU.
    • You will be responsible for providing legal guidance on contract matters, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and contributing to the successful execution of oil and gas projects.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Ensure that contract align with the company's objectives, comply with legal requirements, and mitigate potential risks.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish clear terms, objectives, and expectations in MOUs.
    • Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations governing oil and gas operations and contracts.
    • Identify legal risks associated with contract terms and propose strategies to mitigate these risks.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, external legal counsel, and business partners to facilitate effective communication and negotiation throughout the contract lifecycle.
    • Oversee the administration of executed contracts, including monitoring contract performance, ensuring compliance with terms, and addressing any deviations or disputes.
    • Conduct legal due diligence for potential projects, acquisitions, or partnerships.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree and active membership in the Bar.
