Our client is in need of an experienced Operation Manager with a minimum of 5 years of expertise in subsea installation. You will be an integral part of our operations team, responsible for supporting and optimizing subsea installation operations activities to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Job Responsibilities
Contribute technical expertise to project teams and ensure the successful integration of subsea installation projects.
Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and deployment of subsea installation equipment.
Prepare regular reports on subsea installation activities, providing insights and recommendations for enhancements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, and procurement, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Participate in quality control inspections and audits as needed.
Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety,and Environment (HSE) regulations during all subsea installation activities. I
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field ( Master’s Degree is a plus)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in subsea installation operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in subsea engineering principles, equipment, and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry regulations, standards,and best practices.
