• Our client is in need of an experienced Operation Manager with a minimum of 15 years of expertise in subsea installation to join the team. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our subsea installation operations, ensuring efficiency, safety,and adherence to project timelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of subsea installation projects within specified timelines and budget constraints.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for subsea installation operations in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
• Implement industry best practices to minimize operational risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Evaluate and implement cost-effective measures without compromising on quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to foster positive relationships and ensure project success.
• Leverage extensive technical knowledge in subsea installation processes, equipment,and technologies to make informed decisions and solve complex challenges
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all team members.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field ( Master’s Degree is a plus)
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in subsea installation operations,with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of subsea engineering principles, equipment, and technologies.
• Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional team's in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, standards,and best practices.
