Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the execution of all aspects of our digital marketing department including our SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns.
• Measure, report and evaluate all relevant metrics (performance, website traffic, service quotas, target audience psychographics, behavioural patterns as well as customer engagement and retention) of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify the latest trends, insights and technologies affecting our industry to optimize spend and performance.
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Master’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, best practices, website analytics tools, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns.

Overview

• The Senior Underwriting Executiveis largely responsible for interpreting and implementing guidelines for the underwriting team.
• He/she regularly carry out risk assessments for various individuals and groups, by using various risk assessment tools, assesses the risk posed by a client or clients' requests to the company in order to minimize, mitigate, or totally prevent unnecessary costs for the company and/or expose it to high risks.

Job Description / Duties

• Reviewing & analyzing the creditworthiness of all potential customers based on risk criteria.
• Performing various departmental functions including loan covenant monitoring, risk rating, audit preparation, and recovery when assigned by HOD.
• Reviewing applications for credit facilities with a view to point out deviations from the company's credit policy and highlight quality assurance issues in credit proposals received from business areas.
• To evaluate all quantitative details in the applications with a view to make objective decisions based on empirical facts from financial information evaluated.
• Ensures turn-around time for each transaction is minimized to the barest minimum.
• Ensures the credit worthiness of each transaction especially those above the level of junior underwriter by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing risk criteria of potential customers.
• Reviewing applications for credit facilities with a view to point out deviations from the company's credit policy and highlight quality assurance issues in credit proposals received from business areas.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc qualification in any Risk or Finance related course.
• Required Qualification: BA / BSc / HND, MBA / MSc / MA
• A minimum of 7 years progressive experience in Underwriting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed portfolio analyses and reports. Analyses report on loan and lease portfolio to anticipate, identify and mitigate credit risk exposure related to portfolio management activities
• Analyses transactional risk measures including default, correlations, and stress losses to enhance concentration risk views.
• Analyses and monitors the company’s lease portfolio
• Periodically perform default / principal at risk assessment, measuring the impact of guarantors/collaterals and impact of group loan on risk exposure
• Monitors compliance to credit and risk policies of the company
• Prepares reports on analytics of portfolio performance, emerging trends, areas of opportunity, repossessed lease assets, etc
• Mitigate credit risk exposure related to portfolio management activities
• Prepare report on probability of default using available data
• Propose evolutions in the policy, process, collaterals, etc. related to the risk identified
• Make recommendations for process improvement, addressing gaps and areas for additional or improved reporting and data.

Qualification and Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Social Science.
• Minimum of 2 years working in a similar field, with cognitive experience as an analytics officer.
• Cognitive abilities in quantitative measurement of data.
• Research and analysis skills.
• Comfortable with word processing, spreadsheets, and financial enterprise resource software usage.
• Beginner / Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suites.
• Ability to present and communicate analysis and recommendations.
