Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced and innovative Facility and Production Engineer to oversee and develop review and improve the production systems of our client’s gas and crude oil factory.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.
• The ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader, Engineering knowledge, great attention to detail, and the ability to optimize production processes for maximum efficiency are necessary skills for this role.

Responsibilities
Facility Management:

• Inspects and performs maintenance on assigned equipment and facilities.
• Ensures assigned facilities and equipment are ready for regular business and special events.
• Determine which equipment will be used and where they will be stationed in the facility.
• Educate employees on proper methods to operate machinery.
• Diagnose breakdowns and troubleshoot problems.

Requirements and Skills

• Relevant Engineering certification.
• Deep knowledge of production management.
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
• Communication ability.
• Ability to quickly learn the equipment and facilities to be maintained.
• Ability to maintain basic records and warranties.
• Ability to understand written directions in manuals and on manufacturer websites.
