    Team Lead – Human Resources and Administration

    Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

    • Review and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with the labour laws, and company regulations.
    • Support the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
    • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
    • Coordinate performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
    • Handle employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
    • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
    • Monitor service provider contracts, review invoices, and track for payment by Finance
    • Ensure prompt renewal of Utility services, subscriptions, rents and rates before expiration dates.
    • Establish and manage all procurement and logistics activities including management of vehicles.
    • Undertake supply and service provider pre-qualification, conduct market research, identify and recommend legitimate local suppliers or contractors through systematic evaluation and maintaining a database of potential and active suppliers/contractors
    • Supervise the Front Desk Officer, Admin Assistants, and Drivers, providing guidance and support.
    • Develop, maintain and improve office management systems (e.g. electronic filing structure, corporate and contracts files) as necessary and ensuring that original company documents are properly secured.
    • Optimal cost control through utilization of available resources and keeping the actual admin expenditures within budgeted expense ratio.
    • Oversee office operations, including office supplies procurement, maintenance of office equipment, and facilities management.
    • Manage programme or training event requests, travel arrangements, visa processing, accommodation, and logistics for staff and visitors.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement relevant policies and procedures.
    • Develop and maintain effective vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services.
    • Coordinate with IT support for any technical assistance required by the HR and Administration department.
    • Other tasks as may be assigned.

      Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an advantage.

    Health, Safety & Environment Manager

    Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and programs.
    • Oversee and ensure compliance with all local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards relevant to the oil and gas industry.
    • Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and company facilities, equipment, and work site inspections.
    • Develop and implement safety training programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
    • Build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners to support Cainergy's core safety values.
    • Promote the application of HSE Legislation, ISM Code, ISPS Code and all other relevant industry instruments and guidelines on all owned or managed units in the company and sites.
    • Responsible for implementing the Company’s Safety Policies in its various sites locations within the country.
    • Review implementation and auditing of the Management System to ensure on-going compliance with relevant legislation such as the HSE Notices, ISM Code, ISPS Code, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 29001, API Q2, FPAL and other relevant QHSE legislations.
    • Arrange for the appropriate PPE and safety training for personnel and monitor HSE briefings and audits
    • Monitor and assess the company's environmental impact and develop strategies for minimizing environmental risks.
    • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
    • Collating, reviewing and documenting management review reports, annual QHSE Action Plans, project safety reports, safety statistic reports for Cainergy and its various site locations.
    • Lead and mentor the HSE team, providing guidance and support in all HSE matters.
    • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the company's HSE programs and make continuous improvements.

      Requirements

    • Bachelor's in Engineering or  HSE related discipline.
    • Recognised professional HSE Institute Membership is an added advantage.
